This place & these people are superb. Thorough, detail oriented, thoroughly cost conscious, & honest in every conceivable way. I am a research professor at UIC & have recommended Francisco to many colleagues & co workers. Never a bad review- never- not once ever!!!! I trust Francisco & his people implicitly- completely. A dis satisfied customer would be taken very personally & since i've been a customer- since August of 2016, i've seen NO dis satisfied customers ever. There really are some good guys left. Paul Melnikov Once again Francisco came through for me. I drive a 25 year old Nissan which I am soon to replace. When the check engine light went on Francisco confirmed it was a tune up/injector issue & not worth the $540 to resolve. He knows I am soon to replace. Best auto shop I ever taken my cars to. I have been taking my cars here for about 15yrs. They are on point with finding the problem and fixing it. My mechanic is very knowledgeable and works hard. My car is usually done the same. He is an honest man that knows what he's doing. I don't know much about cars and I appreciate the young man working the front desk for having patience with me in explaining the problem, what parts are needed and what there used for. Highly recommend

I took both my car and truck here to get work done and they have done an excellent job finding out the problems and fixing them everyone was helpful I definitely recommend this shop if you need work done and the receptionist is very professional

The service was fast and efficient. I was in and out in no time. Mister Francisco(Owner) were very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything to me in a way that i could understand. And if you're looking for a mechanic who's honest and won't try to overcharge you, I highly recommend Teloloapan Auto repair. They saved me a lot money!

Had a problem I have been trying to diagnose for a couple months. Every place I went had a smart comment and would not hear my experience. I called this place came in last minute and got the problem diagnosed all within an hour. Local place, the lady in the window is very nice and the technicians are polite and respectful. 5 stars ⭐️

No mechanic shops in the area were able to get my car to pass emissions test except for teloloapan. spent thousands of dollars at other shops and nothing, I brought my car here and they diagnosed and fixed the problem fast! Great service.

Awesome honest mechanics. Took my car in to the dealer for an electronics light and dealer said I needed a new engine. Got a second opinion here and turns out the codes are in a technical service bulletin as erroneous codes and it needs a software update before even considering any replacement work. Saved me a ton of money and were transparent throughtout the whole process.

Everyone at Teloloapan from the receptionist to the technicians are very professional and take the time to explain and provide a breakdown of the work they will be doing. I also like having peace of mind that my Catalytic Converter and Oxygen Sensor are under warranty for a year. I was speaking with a lady the day I dropped my car off, who was bringing her car in for service. She was saying how she had used them in the past and has always had consistently good service. I highly recommend Teloloapan as they are honest, competent and fairly priced (although I hope not to need them anymore any anytime soon 🙂).

They do a very professional job. Things are done in a timely manner, staff is courteous. Francisco the owner made sure first hand I was taken care of and was very reasonable with pricing. They did great work with my muffler and catalytic converter.

I've been here a few times and they are so quick. I love that they accept walk ins and have been able to work so quickly. They even noticed some extremely dangerous issues on my vehicle and stayed a late on a Saturday to complete it. This is an incredible spot and I would recommend them HIGHLY!! I'll be coming back here for everything
