I absolutely love Temstad. I was bouncing around between two shops and a personal mechanic before I found them. They make every job personal, and cater to me in a way a shop never has before. They always work with me and do their best to make sure I'm satisfied, needless to say I will never bring my vehicles anywhere else. They accepted a job from me that no other shop would and exceeded my expectations with it.10/10

This place is amazing. I have never brought my car to an auto place where everything happened so quick, never have to wait to bring the car in. 8/10 times I drop my car off same or next day and it done shortly after. They are HONEST. They have steered me away from doing Unnecessary Repairs. They have worked with me on price in the passed, which really helped. And the work is always top notch. If you bring your car in to Temstad auto, You will never have to look for another Auto shop again.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! I came in to get my sway bar links replaced, and not only was the work done flawlessly, but the customer service was top-notch from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They made sure to explain everything clearly and kept me informed throughout the process. What really stood out was their efficiency. My car was ready much sooner than I expected, and the quality of the work was impeccable. It’s so refreshing to find a mechanic who genuinely cares about their customers and their vehicles. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future needs and recommending them to everyone I know. I had to call AAA because my car wasn’t starting one morning. I called multiple places that weren’t of any help, and when I called here they took me in right away. The staff was super transparent with what was happening since the issue happened so randomly and they had to troubleshoot a bunch of potential issues. They figured it out and my cars running good as new. Will definitely be coming back with any further car issues!

I have a couple of very good experiences with Temstad Auto. recently. I needed a new pair of tires and they were able to find me a very affordable option, and I appreciated how the repairs needed after my recent state inspection were explained in a detailed but accessible way (as someone with limited auto knowledge). I'm thankful they are walking distance from my apartment and will continue to come here .

I literally refuse to go anywhere else they are always without fail extremely helpful, reasonable, honest, and reliable which is so hard to come by. The receptionist/manager? Is an angel and all the mechanics are great!! Will not go anywhere else!!

Had components replaced on my vehicle, they were installed wrong, which resulted in a tow 5 minutes after they worked on my vehicle. Went back to the shop to have them reinstall new components, after all was said and done, vehicle hasn’t been driving right and ended up taking it to a different shop. All repairs were blamed on me not the mechanic because I brought in the initial parts in the first place, which was installed wrong. Was overcharged and shop underdelivered. Would not recommend this shop to anyone. Take your money and business elsewhere like I did.

I had an issue with my ac, which I knew would be very difficult to diagnose. They had my car for a day and spent a long time looking at it. Unfortunately, they were unable to fix it. They were upfront and honest from the beginning and I very much appreciate their attempt. Very minimal cost. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you Justine

This Crew was totally awesome had a flat tire brought it in first thing in the morning had to be gone by 11:00 and these guys had it done with no problem back on the road by 11:30 to do my deliveries from the crew at Nino's gourmet Mexican we thank you all great job
