Angelo was very nice. He promised me that he could have my vehicle finished in two days due to my work schedule. He kept his promise.The work was very well done. He even corrected some bad work from another body shop. I would highly recommend TENN Collision for any car body work.

Couldn’t afford to get my car fixed Mr. Owens went out of his way to not only help me get it repaired but also put me back on the road in 3 days time I swear it was like a miracle how quick I was in and out thank you guys you really helped me and my kids

This has been, by far, one of my worst consumer experiences. My SUV has been at this shop going on 6 months. Angelo, the owner, is very rude and condescending. He continues to lie about the status of my parts and where he's ordering them from, so I doubt they are OEM or Brand new. He's even refused to share intricate details with my insurance company. At this juncture, I'm going to have my attorney intervene. I'm not sure what to believe at this point. I'm convinced that either he's misappropriating funds or not equipped/skilled to do the job. The way Angelo talks to customers is just deplorable!!! update: 09/18/24 The response to my review from this repair shop is a complete lie. Angelo was paid by Geico, my insurance provider, $18,000 USD in February/March 2023. My car sat in his repair shop for a total of 10 months. I was NEVER trying to have my car illegitimately totaled. My concern and only goal was to either have my car repaired correctly or to have Geico total the car based on what I was told by Angelo himself. Through the entire process, Angelo continued to relay information to me that he was not sharing with the insurance company just to prolong the process. In reality, they didn't repair my car, he pocketed the money and told Geico and I a bunch of lies. From the begin Angelo wanted to purchase my vehicle from me. He was interested in purchasing my vehicle for his wife, and upgrading her daily driver from a Chevrolet to a Range Rover. (His words, not mine). He attempted to offer me pennes for it and also mentioned the vehicle to one of his buddies. We had know knowledge of the alleged ownership change, but that shouldn't have caused a 7 month delay...... I can purchase as many cars as I'd like, so me buying a new car has nothing to do with the vehicle that Tenn. Collision failed to repair. Eventually, I took matters into my own hands and hired an attorney. We sent several demand letters to Angelo and Tenn. Collision and eventually decided to have my vehicle towed to Bluff City Land Rover. What we learned was that there were a long list of repairs that were never completed. There were several OEM parts that were never ordered/missing, although Angelo told myself and Geico that he ordered them from Land Rover. The repair shop had only replaced the front hood of the car and it had a horrible paint job. Land Rover shared with Geico and I that my vehicle still needed $30,000 worth of parts and repairs, not including the $18,000 already paid to Angelo/Tenn. Collision. Land Rover shared that the "tear down or repair estimate" that Tenn. Collision was incorrect to start with. Geico decided to total the Vehicle from what was found by Land Rover. The 18,000 that was paid to Angelo was never recovered! This entire debacle costed Geico 63,000! The out of pocket loss for me was 15,000. ( The total for rentals, car payments over 10 months, etc.)

WHEW THIS MAN ANGELO WAS AMAZING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THE INTEGRITY OMG I COULD CRY HOW HE TREATED ME WITH SO MUCH RESPECT AND HOW HE WAS WORKING ON MY TRUCK SO MUCH EVERYTIME I POPPED UP HE WAS WORKING HIM AND HIS EMPLOYEES.. MY TRUCK WAS VANDALIZE AND HE HAD MY TRUCK BACK TO ME IN A WEEK. MY INSURANCE WAS TAKING TO LONG HE WENT OVER AND BEYOND AND PAID OUT OF POCKET UNTIL MY INSURANCE FINALLY SENT THE SUPPLEMENT PAYMENT OMG HE SO AMAZING VERY RESPECTFUL IF YOU LOOKING FOR SHOP THAT VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GO HERE THANK YOU ANGELO AND YOUR TEAM FROM LISA THE WHITE TAHOE

Communication and overall experience was not good, at all. As a business owner, my number one priority is customer service and communication to keep clients informed, no matter the update. We were not kept up-to-date on the process. This, coupled with the length of time waiting for the car has caused this to be a stressful and strenuous experience.
