I recently took my vehicle to this auto tire shop for service, and my experience was ok until I noticed a missing part. The technicians had to remove my tires, which involved using my only rim lug lock. Unfortunately, I later discovered the lock was missing, and it became clear that the technicians did not return it or put it back in its original spot. When I returned to the shop to address the issue, the technicians were unhelpful and outright denied having my lug lock. Instead, they offered to break my lug nuts for a hefty fee if I wanted new ones, which felt like a low blow. The manager, Oceal, was equally unhelpful. He had a nonchalant attitude and was very unapproachable. When I tried to explain my situation, he quickly dismissed my concerns, stating that he dealt with many customers daily and didn’t have time to discuss my issue. His lack of empathy and unwillingness to engage was incredibly frustrating. It's clear to me that someone in a leadership position like Oceal should possess better customer service skills. I certainly won’t be recommending this tire shop to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and look for a place that values customer satisfaction.

Was given an estimated time of 3 hrs for alignment, ok no problem people ahead of me but I called 5 hours later to check in and they said my truck was one the rack. I go 1.5hrs later and they said the mechanic was on break and then quickly tried to sneak my truck in like I wouldn't recognize it. They only tried to put it on the rack because I was physically there to complain

They do a great job,very reasonable Prices,asked at piasano's mufflers,they wanted 260.00 for a muffler and to attach a piece of muffler,at Tenorio on 47th and western asked for 165 even,I'll Take my car there anytime.check it out.

Great place, great service, great people. Very reasonable prices. Great waiting room with AC. Very relaxed place. Highly recommend if you need tires mounted and balanced.

Pésimo lugar para llevar tu auto te cobran por reparaciones inventadas y luego me dejaron el auto mal luego se los volví a llevar y siempre me decían que no tenían tiempo

Went in for wheel alignment, and someone else's keys started my cars ... had to pay full price for service/parts. Missed a construction contract opportunity because of the 2 days I had to wait on the customer to return with my keys...

They charge me $1100 dollars to do a manifold & Gear shift Switch. When I left the shop my check engine light came back on the same day.THEY NEVER CHANGED MY MANIFOLD. I took my truck back then he tried to charge me an xtra $400 for sum wiring that he couldn’t even explain. I ask for my Diagnostic Print out an he never gave me a print out for my Diagnostic test. So how can I see what’s wrong with my truck. Then the mechanic stripped my truck of the new part an put the old part back on. So he can give me a refund for unsatisfied work But while he was doing that he took another piece off that he wasn’t supposed too just so I can come back a spend more money with them. THEY ARE RIPPING PPL OFF EASILY!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

La verdad el mecánico q alinea los carros quiere cambiar piezas q no se necesitan es muy déspota me cambiaron las 4 llantas y me rasparon 2 de mis rines y me la alineó pero no me dio garantía por q si el dise q esas piezas están mal es por q están mal no lo recomiendo por q quiere aser lo q ellos quieren

El trabajo que me an echo en el mofle excelente trabajo se los recomiendo eso sí la muchachita la que está en la oficina cobrando un poco grocera,pero tal vez con el tiempo se le quitara, pero asen muy bien los trabajos.

Que mala atención de los trabajadores y aparte lleva el auto bueno y te lo entregan dañado pésimo servicio desde el dueño en adelante dan mal trato al cliente. Un negocio así deberían cerrarlo.

They are scammers. They charged $160 for an oil change, a vehicle inspection, and to change one brake light bulb that I bought myself. The labor cost to change the light bulb was $35!!! Save yourself the time and avoid this shop
