I moved to Tampa last year and a neighbor recommended Terrace Auto Repair. I am so glad he did because I have had excellent service from the shop. Karen, the front desk person, is so pleasant. There was not a long wait for scheduling and they got the services completed quickly while I waited. Their prices seem fair and I feel I can count on them to help me keep my car in top condition without being charged for repairs I do not need.

They got us in same day we called about a battery problem. We plan to call the locksmith they recommended to help with a door locking problem. Been coming here for a while and always satisfied with their service. In addition, they could not be nicer! I am delighted to see that this business is growing.

I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. The crew here goes above and beyond. They are so kind and will never try to sell you a service you don't need. They don't just tell you what you need done to your car, but also make sure you understand why it needs to be done. I am so thankful for Shane, Karen, and the crew for all that they do!

On Feb28, 2024, I had an appointment to get some work done on my vehicle. I chose this place, as I had heard good things. Well, they were as I heard. FANTASTIC customer service, reasonable costs, and knowledge of what else I needed. I will return. You good folks have earned a new customer =)

I love this place! They are very responsible and honest people. Since I started bringing my car for maintenance, they only advise what needs to be changed. Unlike some dealerships that try to add unnecessary changes.

Terrace Auto Repair is our first stop for our vehicle maintenance and repairs. If they can do the work you won’t find a better mechanic or front office team. They don’t have loss leader offers like dealerships do but over time you will be far ahead. If there is someone else that should do the work they happily provide a recommendation. We’ve taken our vehicles here for well over a decade and have never been disappointed.

they tried to charge money to delete the code from the car after repair , which normally auto shops never used to charge for that I did it with my $99 blue driver at home and advance auto parts would do it for free. and the amount of money they want to charge to install battery ridiculous

From inital call for an estimate to all of the communication during and after repairs, I couldn't be happier with sending my son here for his car repairs. Not only did they take care of what he was there for, they made sure he was good to go with everything else and at a reasonable price. If you want customer service, quick repairs, and honest and friendly folks...this is your place.

Absolute clowns! Lady in the office is a moron and, the mechanics are even worse. They drained my radiator, forgot to refill it and, I didn't figure it out until I'm halfway down the road and, my car overheats. Avoid this place at all costs.

I can’t say enough good about Terrace auto. They are fair in their pricing, knowledgeable about their craft and trustworthy. They took the time to explain my options and the benifits/possible detriments of any work before they did it. I won’t get my truck worked on anywhere else.

I limped in due to a bad hub bearing on my truck. The guys were able to accurately diagnose the issue in the blink of an eye. This was around 1 in the afternoon on a Friday. They had all their bays full trying to get cars finished before the weekend. I left the truck with them expecting to pick it up on Monday due to my late walk-in. I was pleasantly delighted when they called at 5 to let me know they were able to squeeze me in. They even offered me a ride and picked me up from home to get my truck before they closed! Their customer service is unmatched, I’ve never had such a great experience with a mechanic before. I’ll be going to Terrace Auto Repair for all my future automotive service needs, I suggest you do so as well.

Karen is awesome, went in there for a quick inspection and it was an easy task just because Karen made it easy. No doubt the shop looks professional, haven’t had the chance to drop my vehicle for service but will do soon. Really good guys work there.
