Highly recommend. Service was professional, fast and I felt comfortable being there. Their quotes are the most in-depth I’ve ever come across, which include pictures and recommendations for which fixes are the most urgent vs issues that can wait to be fixed.

Next day appointment, more than reasonable prices, expert opinions with a fully transparent diagnostic and pricing that shows the pricing, pictures of all inspections and repairs. Complimentary Uber home after drop. Followed up on things they noticed for upcoming maintenance and price for future maintenance!! I honestly trust them more than the Mercedes dealership with transperancy

Absolutely great and quick service!! My poor 2012 Mini Clubman hadn't seen a mechanic since we's been stuck in New Orleans when COVID hit...and the potholes there were epic, broken shocks, serious brake issues, it needed everything including new battery & tires all around. Now it runs like a dream and is snorting to get out on a road trip just like old days...and at considerably less cost than I expected. Thank you Terry Sayther Automotive

Had my E90 towed here for knocking sound in the engine compartment. They did an excellent job discovering the root of the problem and remained flexible to my unorthodox request. Excellent communication and very efficient work. Will be returning.

I brought a used car that was purchased a week before to make sure it was a "good one" The staff (Nichole) was super professional and prompt with presenting all information to make an informed decision. I will be using them for repairs and maintenance in the future! They came with a good reference from a previous Mini customer. Very impressed.

I really can't trust any dealership with my BMW. These guys don't oversell, and they always let me know what's critical and allow me to repair just that... the best part is the final inspection. My paint blemishes even get a once over! As long as i'm a BMW owner, i'll continue to bring my vehicles to Terry Sayther.

I’ve been a customer of Terry Sayther Automotive for a number of years. I continue to take my car there because I like the way the staff treats its customers. They clearly explain what will be done, give a cost estimate and do quality wiork, which they stand behind. Over the years, I’ve also found the staff to be honest. That’s not true of all automotive technicians and mechanics.

Sept. 17, 2024 As always, the folks at Terry Sayther Automotive have predictably come through again for me. I feel their service continues to evolve and grow to enable confidence in the customers that the work is done honestly and professionally every time. And if something gets overlooked, it is always corrected. Their business model is a template for any company that would ensure success. I thank all of the folks and pray for their continued growth and longevity in Austin. This is an update to my previous review. Still LOVE the company and the people here. They always are there for me. THANK YOU!!! 4/14/22. Last review: I've been going here for over 20 years and am never disappointed. Great staff and great work. the way I evaluate a shop before doing any larger jobs is to try a few small things ideally some that requires “off label” solutions. My experience here is a mixed bag. Some great some left my blood boiling and me losing a good amount of trust in the shop. Makes me hesitant to use them for something major like the big 3 on a M3 or doing a manual conversion.
