Terry and his team did AMAZING work on my truck! Very easy to work with and my truck looks great! Only complaint is they made the new hood look so good that now the rest of the old truck looks misplaced… I’m kidding, I opted to only fix the hood and leave the rest, otherwise my truck might look brand new entirely, without a doubt. They really did make my truck look fantastic! You can’t beat working with great people and getting high quality results, I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.

I won't use them again. It took them very long to finish the project. Terry complained he was swamped with Hail damaged vehicles after my truck was in his shop. I'm thinking, finish the project you have, before starting others that come in after your project starts. I had to visit his garage on several occasions to ask for deadline dates. I truly believe the project would have taken longer if I didn't pay him a visit. He didn't like my calling once a week to ask about the status of the project. A good business owner would have called me. He actually told me to stop calling, so I did. My Truck, and bed went next door where I was having it Line X coated. I also had to pay him a visit to find out when he was going to bolt down the truck bed. That took another week and a half. The Line X company called and told me my truck was ready for pickup (That's another story). I picked it up and had already paid Terry for the work, $2000.00 cash. Once he found out the truck was gone, he started making threatening phone calls for an additional $500.00 dollars he added to the final cost. If he would have kept me in the loop throughout the project, I would have visited him when I picked up the truck. Since he told me to stop calling him (once a week) to get a status, I decided, he can call me when he's ready to collect the final payment. When the truck bed was sent over to LineX for coating, to the time I picked it up, 4 weeks had gone by, all the while, I never heard from Terry. This company doesn't know how to communicate. Their work was ok. If I hadn't given him a list I created of work to be performed, he wouldn't have known what to do since he didn't take any notes during repair discussion. That was my first red light and I should have gone elsewhere.

Had a deer collision. My 2018 Nissan Rogue looks amazing after the body repairs made. I also asked for trim that was damaged not by the accident to be replaced it looks like new! The price was reasonable. Would recommend this body shop.

This place honestly should be your last resort because these guys basically have no idea what they're doing. Very poor communication on their part - if you want to know how the repair status is going and even if you want them to actually start working on your car, you have to literally go in every other day and hound them. I brought my car in early November of last year and didn't get it back until mid-January even though I was supposed to get it back early December. Additionally, the repairs and replacements were all very low quality - my car is red and the entire hood replacement is black, the seat belt replacement is old, dirty, and doesn't pull back up on its own, and the external lock sound of the car is gone. I'd actually be fine with these changes if they didn't wait to communicate at all with me about anything until the car was ready. Not cool! I understand that these guys are busy, but if you're going to run an auto shop the right way, you absolutely have got to make the time to communicate with your customers about what you're doing to their car... which I know for a fact they can do, since Terry himself was standing at the front desk doing nothing when I came in. Do better or close down, because this isn't the way to run a business.

Aight. 5 stars. I just wanted them to bend the radiator bar thingy I messed up & told em my budget. They went way under that budget number by around 900$, bent my radiator support bar back, put in a new radiator, & fixed my front bumper & wheel well thingy from an accident I had not related to the bent thing under the radiator. They might have done more, I still gotta look at the itemized bill. Took a bit but with the weather what it was they were flooded with insurance claims from that for a bit post snow & ice, but after seeing their work it was well worth the wait. I'd give em 6 stars if I could & got recommended to them from David at Honest & Accurate. Heads up though, it's like 3 dudes running the shop so it's better to text them than call for updates since when they say they're slammed/busy they actually mean it. Seriously though, they do good work & if your reading this questioning whether you should use them or not, I personally say do it. If me getting recommended to them by Honest & Accurate ain't good enough for ya, well sorry I didn't take before & after pics. Cus it's night & day. Those would have definitely helped convince you Edit: typo & since I'm here, I wrote a review to get others to use this shop because I like em after what they did for me. If that don't scream quality work to you I don't know what does.

Don't bother going anywhere else. Terry and his two sons are more artists than bodyshop guys. Someone side-swiped my Tacoma and after 3 days you couldn't tell there was ever any damage done to the truck. Fast, professional and most importantly (at least for me) polite!

This place is great! I wrecked my Subaru into a curb but they repaired it good as new! They also found a radiator leak and replaced that for me as well. My whole family goes to them too! It’s a great family owned small business and they are honest. They won’t rip you off. They really, genuinely, just want to help - for them, it isn’t about sucking money from people. Amazing shop!!

Terry runs one of those rare gems in the auto repair industry where you're treated right and not scammed out of your money. I always know he's going to give me, my family, and my friends, a fair price. His business is an honest one where raking in profit in nickels and dimes isn't the bottom line. I've only ever heard good things and have had great experiences myself.

Fantastic experience all around! Terry is very personable, has great communication skills and timeliness, completes the work in a very good amount time, and did an excellent job for the body repairs that I needed. We had a bumper/tailight that were damaged. Was able to troubleshoot, save us some money, order the parts and turn the job around same week. Great job!
