Scheduled an appointment for my state inspection at this location as a recommendation from a friend. I absolutely loved my experience! The men working at Tevis Auto are so friendly and very knowledgeable. I dropped my car off for the day and I was later sent videos and pictures of problems on my car. I was given an explanation of everything over the phone and they were so patient answering all of my questions! They informed me of problems needing fixed now and those to keep an eye on. I was told I could even make seperate appointments so that I would not have to spend a lot of money all at once. My car was worked on quickly and was ready before I got off work! Tevis Auto definitely made me feel as if I mattered as a customer! Super friendly people who are there to help and answer all of your questions. Reasonable pricing as an extra bonus! I will continue to go here for all my future car needs! Thanks again!

The guys at this garage always make sure that I am well taken care of even if it is something simple. They always tell me when I should be keeping an eye on something that is starting to go bad. This is my go to garage for any of my car needs. These are my guys and my garage!

My car started making a very loud noise, I'm new to the area and hadn't found a mechanic yet. I called Tevis in a panic. They were booked up but took my car anyway, saying it may be a week before they could look at it because they were sooo busy. Not only did they fix everything beautifully, my car was done and ready to be picked up in 2 days! They communicated with me every step and and sent pictures! I will never go anywhere else! Thank you guys!!

This was was first service appointment at Tevis Auto Service. I was trying to locate an Interstate battery that no one had on hand. However, they had the battery the next day and installed it immediately upon arrival! I was very impressed with the customer service I received and will contact them for additional services I will be needing on my 2019 Subaru Forester in the future. Thank You Tevis Auto Service!!
