paid 300 for real brake job car came out shop like this driver mode not working etc. Shop couple not fix and pretty much left it to me. Now I have to pay 200 for diagnostics before they start work at Honda.

Do not come here! The provide shotty work and will double charge you for labor. I got my tire rods & control arms replaced and an alignment done in June and paid $850. I replaced my tires in August & noticed they were wearing too fast and that my car was pulling, so I thought I needed an alignment. I took it to A&M Tire for an alignment and was told that BOTH the control arms were broken so I couldn't get an alignment. I called Texas Tires to let them know of the issue and that I was on my way back. They confirmed that the control arms were indeed broken and that they shouldn't have worn out so fast so they said they'd replace them as they were under warranty. They said I'd have to pay for the labor even though the parts they put on were clearly faulty and didn't last 90 days. Begrudgingly, I agreed to this and let them know that due to the faulty parts, my tires wore much quicker than they should've. José said that the control arms breaking had nothing to do with the alignment, which caused my tires to wear quicker so they couldn't be responsible for replacing them. Both Google and the mechanic at A&M told me the control arms were the reason the alignment was off. I will never come back here as I'm out of over $1000. The $850 I originally paid, the $262 for my new tires that wore in less than a month and the additional $200 they charged me in labor for replacing THEIR faulty parts.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I had a hole in my tire and it was leaking air. I was almost an hour from home so I called this place and asked if they had my tire size in stock. The man I spoke with said yes and that it would be $45 So I drive there on my low tire and, upon arrival, I have to wait 15+ minutes for them to actually check and see if they have what they said they had. Finally they come out with a tire that is an inch wider than my current tires. Not seeing any choice, I just said ok, since I needed something to drive back home on. Then they said $80. I told them I just called and was told $45. The dude got all aggressive and started yelling at me “what number did you call?! It wasn’t our number!” So I pulled my phone out and showed him “only for him to walk away and tell back at me “he told you wrong” Stereotypes are stereotypes for a reason. Slimy tire shops are slimy tire shops.

Don't waste your money at this place. We've bought tires and rims for my husband's suburban and rims for my son's Dodge Charger as well weve continued to go there when we need tires and have always recommended them to family and friends. But last week my son bought a brand new $150 tire and it went flat yesterday and they wouldn't give him another one I was waiting in car and didn't know they were cussing my son out until I over heard him talking to his boss because car was a company car. What kind of business is this that they cuss their long time customers out. They're grown men my son is just 21yrs old but very respectful unless they push his buttons all that wasn't called for had I known I would have gotten off and they would have heard from Mama Bear. Going forward we're taking our business elsewhere.

I came in today at the #4 location on Camp Wisdom in Dallas. The young lady was a big help and very professional. She got me approved for 4 brand new tires in less than 30 minutes with low payments I really appreciate her help and patience instead of just rushing me and taking my money and finding me a better deal . Much love to the staff and thanks so much for your help.

BEWARE THE CUSTOMER WAS GREAT BUT SERVICE WAS SERIOUSLY HORRIBLE. SAVE YOUR MONEY OR SPEND MORE MONEY IN THE END! I WOULD NOT ADVISE TO STOP HERE AT ALL DON’T LET THE RATES FOOL YOU LIKE I WAS FOOLED. ALL THE SIGNS INSIDE SPEAKS VOLUMES OF THE SERVICE PROVIDED. I came in late Saturday 01/27 in my 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander which only needed a tire for the back driver side and the oil light literally just came out. I asked the guy if they had my tire which they did and it was a reasonable price, so I then asked how much for oil change also reasonable price. I said let’s do both. He put the tire on and then advised he would move for oil change. I made it down the street and all lights came on for tire and check engine light. I pulled right over to check the vehicle out and the undercarriage is hanging, so I then called a tow truck to tow to my house so I wouldn’t mess anything up. Not sure if this is normal practice here but I feel like the mechanic was not certified to do the job of a simple oil change at this point. As the undercarriage is something a tech knows to put back on. I did review the sign on the inside of building while there and it’s a lot of talk about as is services so no I haven’t been back to advise of this situation because it seems pointless knowing their policy and I don’t have the time or energy for the games so I’m making this review. ****BEWARE THE CUSTOMER WAS GREAT BUT SERVICE WAS SERIOUSLY HORRIBLE. The owner was super nice and professional. He even walked me next door to his new tire shop. And I was on my way to get new tires at NTB. I got a better deal for the same tires and great customer service. Must go by and check them out.
