I needed a tie rod .it wasn't replaced and charged me for a front in wheel alignmet.the computer wasn't working for me to get a printout of the work they stated was done.one guy charged me $60 no receipt.I went back to a receipt the man fumbled around and couldn't find a receipt book nervous as hell . finally I got a receipt saying I paid $65 did not. He didn't know what I came for then ask what kind of car was it. Would not recommend anyone. Charged for improper job.work is not done properly and still need to change my passenger tie rod arm control.

Didn’t have problems until this year. Had the exact same car last year and passed me then. Then this guy who seems a bit slow and not all there did it this time and is saying I have to step away from the car while he’s doing the inspection. Then says they don’t accept card (they did all those years before). And then says the brake light is out (it actually was out) and that the tint on my windows was too dark (again, same car LOL). Then he says he can “pass” me (illegally) for $120, $100 more than just the inspection. Oh yeah, and the nitwit left my windshield wiper unclipped! Don’t go here they’re trying to rip people off now!!

I ran over some debris off an exit and blew out a tire on my Land Rover. I picked this shop because it was nearby, but I had a great experience with them. They communicated consistently, provided same-day service, and were very reasonably priced. I intend to go back for more maintenance because I thought so highly of their service.

They tell you one price over the phone , another price in person. They celebrate after each scam . They are a cash business , in a bad neighborhood . This is not a senior friendly business,pep boys is not also .

Took it for an alignment and rotation, rotation they messed up the placement for RWD car. And my alignment is now worse then when I first showed up. Gotta have my steering wheel slanted tremendously to go straight. I took it back and they basically told me they cant fix it. If it's straight, it goes a good 10° to the left and it's frustrating. Personally I'm not going back

Bunch of lazy and shady SOBs working up here. Came in at 8:05 am today, right before work, no one there, cool? It is understandable to be a few minutes late. They supposedly close at 6:30. Had someone bring my car up there around 5:15, they waited 30 minutes--- before the long bearded guy told them to come back tomorrow. There were 3, THREE other workers standing and talking. Another worker even stopped working and asked them to stop talking and move around. Childish management and employees here. Got my tire fixed today, still somewhere else, and they balanced it, too. Wouldn't trust these fools to air up my tires. Let alone change them.

This place is a top off. I went for a state inspection on a Saturday morning after being in the bay for 3 minutes the guy called me over to explain that he would have to charge me $60 dollars because of my window tint it was off by a half of a percent. Don't go to this place they're only there to rip people off. Oh yeah I've got my inspection at another business and paid the required amount. SMH😡

Very glad I found this place. Great work at reasonable prices with great friendly personalities. They got me in and out extremely fast. Replaced my u joints on my 05 dodge ram pickup in about an hour. I'll definitely recommend them to my friends. Which says a lot for them. I'll be going back.

Went up there for a oil change the guy drove my truck to the back..when I made it home I noticed a big gash across the passenger side of my truck..they scratch the side of my truck and didn't tell me..i highly don't recommend this place

Yesterday we had a flat tire on driver’s rear wheel/tire. A kind black lady gave us a head’s up about the flat tire. Then I was on Goggle maps looking for a tire repair shop. We were very blessed to have gotten here safely & they took really good care of us too! Price was EXTREMELY REASONABLE! If you need tire help please give Texas Discount Tires & Auto Repair a chance! You will be glad you did!

Got here at 5:30 pm to get my flat tire fix got turned down on here says close at 6:30 pm. Will never come back here, they are good on taking care of customer’s during business hours. Something like this close to closing time is what customers come back not turning them away when they need help.
