Don’t waste your time or money at this place. The guy at the register is a joke and convinced me to spend my money at discount tire where they treat their customers with respect. It’s a shame to have a kid up there ruining it for the older people there trying to provide good customer service. He needs to let the grown ups work and go sweep the floors.

Came to just get my tire plugged up after a nail punctured it. I had to wait an hour because there was only one tire guy working on another car. This wasn’t a problem as I’m a patient gal and was in need of their services - they still got to me as quickly as they humanly could and showed appreciation for my patience. Shoutout to the staff on Monday afternoon around 4pm 9/23. Thank you!

Great price and even better service! I don’t know why anyone would even want to go to discount or pep boys with places like this. I was driving through Fort Worth area and got a piece of metal in my tire so I had to pull over which I thought would have to be changed. Stopped at one of the previous mentioned tire shops and they said the wait time was 4 HOURS and that I would have to get the tire replaced. Looked up this place because I had to be on the road soon and went not only did they have it done within 20 minutes, they actually said the tire could be repaired! It’s been about a month since then and the tire has been good. Great customer service, great people, good thing they said they have locations in austin because this will be the only place I go from now on! Thank you guys!

I am very impressed with the time efficiency and nice workers this place has to offer. I thought my day was going to be ruined because I had a pretty big flat. Went over to the Shell station and one of the employees told me he could fix up the tire. Great pricing and fast service. Greatly appreciate you guys.

I came in Thursday morning with a flat. When they opened I was serviced promptly the mechanic was very pleasant. He said I had a nail and plugged it put the tire on sent me on my way. Well I drove to work thinking the tire light should have went off by now, fast forward 4 hrs later I get home the tire was looking the same as the night before, so I sent the picture to my husband he asked did he fix it I said I thought so, so he told me to bring it to him at Firestone. He took the tire off and he said just like I thought he plugged it from the outside and the air was coming out, so we made video for proof and he told me to go get my money back but I don't like doing stuff like that so the moral to this story is I felt ripped off bc I paid for a service that was no good and unprofessional..

Total rip off. $100 for a balance & rotation. Probably just because they saw a Mercedes emblem. F outa here. So I went to A Plus Auto Repair and had it done for $50.

Highly recommended. I want to thank Nadine and Kerwan mainly for their outstanding work and quickness on getting my whip right! They were very friendly handled my car with care and they make sure the customers are comfortable and happy during the time of service. Got my rims here last year in November I believe and they still haven't given me my dam center caps!! It's been at least 4 months. They told me they would order them. Feb 2024 still haven't heard back😡👎🏾

Clearly these people don’t know what they are doing. I got new tires new wheels and leveling kit with alignment. Turns out the truck was already leveled. With 2in blocks in the back that I had no clue of. Explaining the reason why it was leaning towards the front to begin with. They didn’t want to refund me the money for that nor do other services with the credits I had for the things charged for And not done. The main guy here. I don’t know what he’s on but he’s on something. I have no clue how they let him attend to clients let alone work on vehicles! Just very disappointed over all.

Compre unas llantas y un lift kit y me vendieron el servicio y cuando me entregaron la camioneta la llanta raspaba con la suspencion y no se levantó nada y me quitaron los plásticos protectores de mi camioneta para que no raspen, que mugrero pero bien que cobraron y el trabajo nada bueno, no me quisieron cambiar nada se lavaron las manos en que no había un lift kit más grande

I paid over $3,000 for wheels,tires, level and balance with warranty. I had to go back 8 times because they scratched my brand new wheel 0 miles. Kept coming up with excuses every single time about getting another wheel or getting it coated or now they are discounted or what ever. 3k and that is the service I got.

It was driving by a noticed big, yellow and black sign no credit needed wheels tires. I stopped in filled out a quick application not letting the man behind the counter know I could probably buy every wheel in that store. He called his first 2 finances, they said no. He said he would call me back shortly with a response from the third one I still haven't received a call back, it's been days. The first 2 finances he called both. Did credit checks on me totally making the sign outside b******* I felt like it was a complete waste of my time and an obvious Case of false advertisement just to get people in the door.

My new favorite place for tires. They are fast and knowledgeable. I had a nail in my tire and they plugged it in less than 10 minutes. I was able to get back to work before my break was over

Seemed high on prices,, was cramped and cluttered... they try and push the financing on everyone.. was not receptive to a cash price out the door... better deals at traders village
