Great customer service and a large selection. They took the time to break down how an offset worked when getting my new wheels so it would be exactly how I wanted them to look.

They are a for real scam, they do poor work, our wrong fitting parts on, sell wrong equipment, they will tell you anything to get a dollar and leave you scammed

They had to order my tires... delivered the next day.... installed my tires within 2 hours and I was on the road !!! Very good experience !!!

They are quick and reliable. I didn’t know the area well and came to Texas Tires as the nearest place. They were able to patch my tire and get me going ASAP. David at the front was great! Def recommend. They have AC, seating, and Wi-Fi while they work on your car:

Won't do business with this group. Over promise and severely under deliver with over priced products and services. 👎 Four hours at the shop and my vehicle never moved from where I parked it.. 😡... Wasted my time.

Donny has exceptional service and knowledge of his products. He can multi task during busy hours and still makes time for each customers needs even while being short staffed. Donny on multiple occasions has fixed or sold me tires for my performance cars. Donny I can’t thank you enough for the professionalism and care you have for your job!!!!

Most unprofessional, scamming group of people u can encounter. Lied and charged extra for services they did not do. Kept my truck 3 days longer then initial time given, and tried to give my truck back without alignment after lifting it. IF YOU USE THEM, MAKE SURE THEY SIGN YOUR RECEIPTS AS YOU DO THEIRS. No integrity whatsoever. (BELIEVE THE REVIEWS) I wish I did, Buyer beware!

We got a bolt in our tire on our family van early Saturday morning. Texas Tires had us patched up and ready to go shortly. Clean waiting room. Friendly service! We greatly appreciate them

Don't buy Kenda tires or do business with Texas Tire in Waxahachie!! Four of the six tires have less than 8k miles and are out of round, unable to be balanced. Neither Texas Tire nor Kenda would stand behind the tires! Only offered to sell me a new set.

I needed two tires for my BMW. One they had in stock, the other had to be ordered. The price of the tires was inexpensive and they did a great job putting them on and balancing.

I have nothing but great things to say about Texas Tires! From the staff, especially Donnie, to the service. I came in for one of my tires being low on my Tesla Model 3 and Donnie made sure I was taken care right away. He also showed me some options if I ever wanted to replace my tires. Keep up the great service Texas Tires!

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a business, let alone a business that’s supposed to specialize in lifts and tires. Kept my truck 3 days past the 3 hour windows originally communicated, forgot to reinstall components on the truck, and screwed up the alignment with the tires causing them to get worn out unevenly. The guys in the shop are fine and do a great job, it’s the idiots behind the counter that are running this “business” with no responsibility of their actions and constantly cast the blame to anything and everything else. Would give it a 0 out of 5 if I could. Please don’t waste your time here.
