It is well known and documented that a bad wheel alignment can cause the steering wheel to be stiffer. I came here for wheel alignment which instantly caused my steering wheel to become stiffer. When confronted them they completely denied any responsibility. Won’t even offer to take a closer look at the issue. Either they don’t know what the hell they’re doing or they have a very bad customer service. Either way they don’t deserve more than a star.

When you walk into this place, you can quickly see that their main business is selling rims. However, they got the slow leak in my tire patched within about 30 minutes and didn't expect payment for it. It simply doesn't get better than that. Thanks, guys!

Found my new tire spot! from the nice people that work here to helping my tow truck unlock his vehicle (locked his keys in the truck) to willingly stay till after 4 to change my tire! These guys rock!!!

I went to have a slow leak repaired and the tire put back on my car. They found no leak and removed temporary then replace the full size tire and did not charge me. WOW Amazing service! The inside was so clean that my tennis shoes squeaked when I walked.

Nice guys, but got overcharged to patch a nail hole in my tire. They charged me $25, but at another tire store in Waco, Ramirez Tire Shop, it was only $15. Since Ramirez was closed (due to it being Sunday), I had to resort to Texas Tires.

The real deal, they guys are my new shop for my lifted truck. They're the only shop in Austin I could find able to book me same day and push out with reliable and quality work. Not only that but they’r more affordable than your normal lifted truck shop and surprisingly competitive with normal shop prices. Shout out to the guy up front, I’m bad with names but he definitely needs to be recognized for his customer service! Thank yall!

Was in and out in under 20 minutes. They fixed the flat (tire/wheel was loose) and put in back on the truck. And it was free. Great work. I highly recommend

All it takes is 1 bad experience, they get no stars from me. I came in at 2pm and watched people come in after me and go through financiing approvals getting service on 4 wheels and was in and out. I came with my on brand new tire and needed them to change out 1 tire and 2.5hours later im still here and when I went to talk to the manager about why my car isn't getting done, his reply was “would you like your keys back” and I paid for my service upfront and all. After coming here for years and buying multiple set of tires and rims from these guys, they quickly reminded me that im not sure more than a black customer that dont matter. Everybody that they skipped over me was Hispanic or white, after looking around I realized I was the only black person in the building. I will never do business with Texas Tires

BEST CUSTOMER SERVES. Went to 3 tires shop today and I either was treated poorly or I had to wait for a week to get a quick fix. I waiting maybe 15 min. and I was out the door.

Jay was extremely attentive and was able to fix my tire problem expeditiously and professionally. I had a huge nail in it and my safety was compromised but Jay and crew patched it up and sent me on my merry way, with noting in exchange except a thank you 🙏🏾 I offered to compensate him and he refused. I just found my new tire shop!

If you’re looking for a professional tire shop with excellent service look no further! My wife and I were on our way back home from our roadtrip and as we headed home we realized there was a leak in one of our tires. We weren’t sure if we’ll make it back home for work the next day, and with no last minute sitter availability for our pets at home, we frantically called a few places out of desperation. Out of all the locations they were the most accommodating and quick to respond, and within an hour of arrival they took care of us and we were on our way. We can’t say this enough - Thanks again Jonathon and Hernan for everything, you’re a life saver!

These guys are the real deal. I was scheduled in quickly for repair and Jonathan was my rep. Honest guys and very affordable. They replaced the front end suspension on my Lexus and Jonathan was extremely informative and reliable. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for good work at an honest price!

Great stand up guys and quality fast service. Helped repair my spare tire valve and loaded it back into the car for me in no more than 5 minutes! Hard to find service like this anywhere else. Would definitely recommend!

Horrible scammer went in last month and there prices are reasonably. Came in today and all the staff was fired from last week and the prices are now crazy. Plus they were rude.

On our way to Houston, got a low pressure tire sign from the car. Called the store and they are taking in repairs on first come first serve basis. (Most places don’t open on Sundays). The staff was extremely nice and attentive. About an hour later everything is good as new! Jonathon & Hernan! Appreciate you guys so much! Thinking of customizing my rims with this place now…
