I’ve got tires from this location for a lifetime warranty, balance, and flat repair and come to do the tire rotation, flat repair and balance and then they tell me that machine doesn’t fit a balancer so they can’t do it. I drove an hour this way when I called them and asked them when I was on my way, let them know I was coming. They already know size tires I have 40 inch tires now they tell me that machine they bought can’t fit it and I drove here an hour and wasted my time so the warranty paid for is worthless, need to refund me paid extra

Was having a terrible day and ended up with a nail in my tire, luckily Texas Tires was on my way home and the guys took great care of me in getting my tired repaired! Will be back when I'm ready for new ones.

When I found myself in trouble after running over a small metal object, Texas Tire was there to fix it with no questions asked! I told the mechanic I was unable to pay at that moment and he fixed it anyway! Wow what a service and upstanding business!
