It's one thing to say that you don't perform a certain service, and then offer buying new parts/tires an alternative. It's another thing entirely to lie and say that that service cannot be done, in an attempt to mislead your customer. The employees at this location are very dishonest, and frankly unprofessional. I would avoid this location if you're not knowledgeable enough about cars to know when someone isn't being truthful.

They will damage your property, deny it and then get violent with you. They damaged my wheel and then when I asked for compensation they worker started yelling at me and threatened me. It is amazing how this place is even in business. The employees are so unprofessional they act like they just got out of prison. Don’t risk being over charged or possibly attacked. Thankfully I was armed and not afraid of the employee but I can only imagine how a female would feel in the same situation.

Went in to get my tires balanced and they said they had another person getting there in 5 minutes. They were going to help them and come back in the morning. Got there around 5 pm and they closed at 7pm. There was 3-4 ppl just standing around smoking. No other cars there needing anything. Yeah… really busy guys. I highly recommend the tire shop down the street on the intersection of trail lake and Altamesa. They took care of me with in 5 minutes.

Well let’s start with they sold me wrong tires for my 2500 GMC and one of the tires after me working with my work truck had a bump, the manager of this location can not find my receipt or phone number on system show him my credit card payment to him but said sorry I cannot find you in my system if you ask me kind of wired lol. Let me explain why he can not replace the tire. 1- wrong tire for the truck, after they were the ones selling me the tires. 2- they never found the truck my name my phone number or receipt info on their system. 3- they do not cover bumps, after they told me they were cover 100% like discount tire and also any Texas tire. Anyway stay away from any Texas tire they sell wrong equipment and they do not honor their warranty like they should.

The employees are friendly and helpful. We have purchased a rim for our Kia. They don't carry them, so they had to order for us. The rim gor here in no time. We showed up for them near closing time. They replaced our rim and hubcap in no time. Thanks Texas Tires! Highly recommend this shop if you need a rim.

Chad is the man. He had to order my tires. Told me what time to come in the next day to get them installed. Got there a little early, and the tires were already there. Bing Bong Boom 45 minutes later, I'm out the door. Outstanding work, thanks for the great service.

Had trouble with getting a forged wheel replaced couldn’t get another shop to help me out except JAD here at Texas tire made effort to reach out and get me another set of wheels went above and beyond to help me would highly recommend.

The guy told me he couldn't put air in my tire because it was an old tire. Never been to a tire shop scared of tires. Took it to discount tires no issue putting air.

Trash. Had a nail in my new tire, had Texas tire patch it for 40$!!!! The patch failed, can't repatch a patch so had to fork out cash to get a new tire. Can't get anyone to answer either. Hard pass!

Tried to get my tire fixed with a plug and go on about my day, the tall bi racial guy was very argumentative and stated he couldn't find the nail even tho I stated to him where it was at. Just can't find decent help anymore, but was able to get my tire plugged at another LOCATION. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone!!!

Had a blowout on one of our boat trailer tires on I-20 and happened to pull into the Shell station right next door to Texas Tire. These guys let me borrow a floor Jack AND helped me swap out my spare. (Thanks to their friend Bico!) We pulled the boat trailer around the corner to their shop and they made us a deal on a full set on 4 trailer tires. Back on the road in less that an hour and a half! TRULY appreciate their hospitality!

Moe did a great job in finding the tires I needed; which was very difficult as there are only 10 like them in the entire country. Excellent job getting them shipped to Florida as well.

This store has the worst customer service. Came in to have a tire repair under warranty and the entire process is frustrating. Even though they are part of a chain they don't share a database to look up warranty info and not helpful about calling another store to get information. The prices are very over priced. A tire in store was $410 and the same tire on Amazon was $293. Do yourself a favor and go to Discount Tire and be treated with respect.
