My husband has a 2004 Chev truck and had been searching for a lug nut. Well your standard auto store did not have any in stock. Well pulled into Texas Tire just by chance and guess what, they had what he needed. Super friendly and so happy they could help him out. Y’all need to go give this place your business. We will definitely go back.

I want to thank the guys at Texas tire. I ended up with a bolt on my tire last night and was scared to even get on the highway I called even though it was very close to closing time it was after when I got to them actually the guys took care of it any ways . Thank y'all so much for keeping me safe

I've never been to this place before and my tire sensor light popped on indicating that I needed air is why I stopped. I called as I pulled in and the guy who answered the phone informed me to drive around back and someone would be able to assist me. It was 10 minutes before closing it was cold,dark ,windy and also the gentleman were in the middle of pushing the rims back inside of the building. A guy came to my window and asked me did I need help and I mentioned that one of my sensors said that I needed air. Without skipping a beat,he grabbed his tools and checked all of my tires. I knew he was in the middle of pushing the rims inside and also it was almost closing time so I said it only indicated that one tire was needing air,so he replies it's cold ma'am and with the cold air,all of your tires might need air. To you,this may seem small but to me,I was so appreciative. So many people barely want to do their jobs during working hours and for someone to need assistance on a dark,windy,cold evening right before closing and for someone to do more than what was asked is simply a blessing. Thank you Sir whomever you are.

If I could give them a “0” I would. Hello I need an alignment. Ok it’ll be $130.00 May I have your keys. Takes the keys walks and help others. 30 minutes later your car is ready. You sure you completed an alignment that quick. Yep it’ll be it’s a newer car does take long. That’ll be $100. Oh ok. Gives me a receipt but no measurements of the alignment corrections. Driving down Valley mills car pulls to the left. Naw can’t be. Try again. Same thing. Before you ask I have new tires. I immediately turn around to go back to the shop. Front desk is standing outside. Everything good? Nope car is still pulling. Can you come back in an hour my tech went on break. It’s 955am you just opened, I have only been gone 6 minutes. Come back in an hour or I can give you a refund. I had to step away to keep from crashing out. He gave me the refund no issues, he knew they Did Not complete the service. Saw a woman and thought it was be easy to take my money.

I had them do a setup on my dually and they told me what size tires would work with what spacers. After 3000 miles on these tires I realized the sidewall on the back two inside dualls were ruined because they were rubbing against leaf spring. They will not help you with replacing the 700 dollars worth of tires that are ruined because of them and say they are not responsible for it. Do not go here

Pulling into Autozone, my drop bracket to the lift broke at the weld. Somehow, it made it to texas tire parking spot. They humbly came out to check my situation. They didn't have the parts but took care of me with overnight shipping. Replaced the drop bracket, took care of alignment to my F250. Thank you guys for taking care of my truck. I found a nail in my tire and a friend recommend that I visit Texas Tires after telling him how much a new tire was going to cost me. I pulled into their service area and a young man approached immediately and asked how he could help me. He had my tire plugged in 15 minutes. What a great place!! I highly recommend.

I had my vehicle towed to this location because I had a blown tire. I told the employee that the tire will come off the rim if he drives the vehicle into the bay but he insisted to do so. Long story short, he drove the car and scratched the front fender to the rocker panel. He kept apologizing for damaging my vehicle and I told him that it’s ok as long as they fix the damage. The manager Justino told me to call corporate and they would get my vehicle fixed. The lady from corporate told me they could only approve me for a $150 without even seeing pictures or an estimate. When I told her that those damages are way more than $150 she told me there is nothing else they could do and hung up in my face. Would not recommend going here to anyone.

I received the absolute best service. I had a slow leak in one of my back tires, and Jay took care of it. I was in, and out in less than 10 minutes. The ironic part they were technically closed, but I didn’t know. He took care of it anyway…now that is top customer service. Thank you Jay. Best place for tires, and service hands down

I pulled up 4 minutes before closing with the temperature 100 degrees. These guys were ready to go home. But as soon as they saw I had a flat that needed fixing, they were on it. I knew the tire that was flat but they checked all 4 just to be safe. They were amazing, as I had kids in the car and needed to get home to make dinner. They did it all with a smile and I was out in 10 minutes. I can't say enough how they saved my night! See Chris and Elliot (?) they will take great care of you!!

Unreal service from the guys here at Texas tire. I had a blow out on the road and within 15minutes Benny and Romeo had me back on the road! Thanks so much for the fast service and got the job done.
