Went brought tires cash all terrain rt then end up leasing some 20in chrome rims but now been having issue with truck shaking at 60 to 70 miles an hour taken back and forth a couple of times they balance them again and again but still shaking so took to a different tire shop and they said one had a ball so went back they replaced tire but still doing same thing even took to dealer ship they said everything fine with suspension but that it was tires anybody else have that issue with all terrain rt tires?

Went in looking for replacement tires on my ford f150 ended up walking out with purchasing a 6in rough country lift with 35s and wheels lol They were very helpful throughout the whole process and I’m very happy with how my truck turned out. They gave me a heck of a deal for the package so that was a plus. Will definitely be doing more business with them in the future! Thank yall !

Went there to get a flat fixed. The big chain stores always take forever. Had been having a super bad day last thing I wanted to do was deal with a flat. They asked if I wanted a plug or a patch. I left it up to them. They are the experts. Got my tire back in less than 10 minutes and the best part was no charge!!! Such a small gesture made a huge difference in my bad day. Thank you so much guys I will always go to guys for all my tire needs. SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS!!!

Very bad customer service. Sorry, but I'm not your bro or your dude. I'm your customer, I can't understand why millennials have a different concept of customer service or addressing a customer without saying what's up. This dude was not capable of doing his job and lost a customer on a lift, tires and rims.

2021 Silverado 3.0 Diesel Had a 8 in lift kit installed also purchased 24x12 Moto metal Combats along with nitto 35x12.50 R 24 Recon’s , at the start there was a minor problem with the lift kit from ready lift out the box , Edgar along with his wife kicked butt getting things corrected in a short period of time. They understood that I had a limited wait time and got it done when they said they would . I personally didnt like how the lift kit allowed the rear to sag “Chevy lean” and I could see it was about a 3in difference from the front so again Edgar got on the phone ordered different blocks for me for the rear and it’s “Perfect “ now , I recommend doing business with Edgar at Texas tire , he will get it done no matter the cost , his 100% customer satisfaction attitude is above and beyond any company I’ve ever dealt with in the past. Thank you all at Texas Tire for all the hard work you did . Respectfully, Pete P

Great customer they have at Texas Tires . I was taken care by Tommy as I had a flat tire on my Impala SS was in and out of there within 10 minutes. Not before Tommy made his pitch sale to me if I was looking for new tires that they finance to buy some in which he sold me as I will be back to purchase some later on this month. Thanks Tommy and Texas Tire !! Great job gentleman……. P.S. if anyone has flat on Sunday afternoon Texas Tires is open cuz I had a hell of a time trying to find a tire shop that was open on Sunday 😃

The guys in the tire shope are great however the guy who does the lift installations is trash he first tried to lie about the key he broke as well as left bolts loose and tried to place nuts on that were completely the wrong size and ripped the abs sensor wires do not do it DONT USE THIS SHOP FOR LIFTS PERIOD. as for the wheel and tire side those guys are on there A game they deserve 10 stars

The wait was a little long but they had a couple other trucks in front of me, Tommy helped me with my patch and got me back on the road in no time. I'm glad they were able to take my tire off without messing up my rims. The rest of the guys working there jay and James contribute greatly to the work environment. Thanks Tommy and texas tires!

Where to start!!! I love how my truck came out thanks to Jay he hit it spot on with what I had visioned. There was only one small correction that had to be made but Jays Team handled it no problem appreciate you guys.
