Hands down one of the best and honest automechanic shops still left in el paso. I've taken a couple of my vehicles to the shop. Cody and team never disappoint. What I like is that they show you pictures of what the problem is and they also like to shop around for parts to see what the best deal they can get for you. I'm glad I finally found a place and be comfortable knowing I'm getting a good price with a great job. Try for yourself you won't be disappointed.

Moving to another state is hard enough but finding a trustworthy mechanic is something else. First week on a late afternoon, my turbo starts giving me problems and a after a few calls around, the guys at auto clinic were able to check me in and upon arriving also eliminated any potential easy fixes when I got there. Their communication in detail makes you feel like you are part of the process. I’d give these guys a 100/5 if I could.

The auto clinic is where you should be taking your vehicle. Whether old or new. They are knowledgeable, friendly and do excellent work. They'll keep you in the loop, educate you on whats going on with your car if you care to listen. I'm updating my review because of the excellent customer service I've received since finding the shop. I'm a rideshare driver and put a LOT of miles on my vehicle. If any of your none mechanical vehicle needs can't be met at the auto clinic, ask and they can point you in the right direction. Also, ive "cheated" on this shop to check other recommended fixes and prices, the auto clinic has consistently provided the most cost-efficient prices, and most timely service.

I really can't say how helpful the auto clinic has been! I was in a bind and Kody and his staff went out of their way with above and beyond service. I got my starter changed and now any work my spidy needs will be done at the auto clinic. Great customer service, quality work, all around amazing experience.

On my way in from out of town, I hit a bump in the road that ended up taking out my coolant reservoir, which resulted in my 97 Z28 overheating and needing extensive engine work and head replacements, among other things. I went to one shop that didn’t even want to touch it, but when I called the Auto Clinic, they were able to get to work on it right away, and were even able to get me discounted towing. Cody kept me in the loop the entire time my car was in the shop, and ensured me that his team would ensure that every crevice of the car was checked to make sure it would not fail me on the road. After a month, I finally got my car back today, and it sounds even better than when I first bought it! When I picked it up, Cody once again went over everything done to the vehicle, gave me a tour of the shop (which was huge by the way), gave me instructions to make sure my car was taken care of, and some advice to prevent problems in the future; he even gave me a shirt with the shops logo on it! I’m so grateful to this place for putting me back on the road, and if I ever need work again, I’m coming here!

Cody and his team did an excellent job of taking care of my wife and I after we were stranded along I-10. Cody did an exceptional job finding the right parts for my Volkswagen and troubleshooting a somewhat complicated process that followed. He always answered my daily calls to check-in and Cody was very honest and forward about how the repairs were going in addition to being very courteous and understanding. I was back on the road in no time thanks to the team at The Auto Clinic, I am forever grateful for their professionalism and expertise!

Diagnosed my engine light giving a bank 1 running lean code. They were able to find a bad oxygen sensor and had it replaced the same day!

My daughter and I were on a cross-country road trip on our way to California with her dog. Her SUV started to give us some trouble in west Texas. It went into limp mode and wouldn't let us go above 70. So, it was drivable but not up to the speed limit. We called ahead and tried to get into some dealers. They could not get us in the same day. I called The Auto Clinic and spoke to Kody. I explained our issues and that we still had a two hour drive before we could get there but we would try. We arrived in the late afternoon. Kody and his team immediately got to work examining and test driving the vehicle. They diagnosed the problem and got us out the door the same day. He said he did for us what he hoped someone would do for his wife, if she was in the same situation. Hopefully, I will never find myself in a similar situation when passing through El Paso or anywhere close. However, if I do, Kody is the person I will call. He really treated us right. We ended up making it to LA with no further issues.

Should have went with my gut. Save your yourself and your wallet. I gave it a test thinking I might do some extensive future work with them. Played dumb and over paid enough to realize not worth spending big bucks here. Had thought might be worth investing some worthwhile project money with them. Failed test. Slimy joint. Any business that has to say how honest they are over and over while having terrible communication is clearly not honest is not the place to be. Waaaaay over priced and up charged for work at most partially needed and made to sound detrimental along with other work I turned down based on how loosely presented it was and how dodgy and some things straight out false was told to me. Shame. My fault. Very pleased with themselves. Trusted people with good sales pitch and charisma and a supposed honest track record. Will pass the word to stay clear. Short story I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

GO HERE! Highly recommend! I was on a cross country trip from the NorthEast and had an issue come up out of nowhere. The auto clinic fit me in right away, got down to the bottom of the issue, fixed everything up in a few hours, and I was on my way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

This was my first time using this business to repair my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. Went in originally to have A/C diagnosed, which was done quickly. Unfortunately my problem was systemic of other issues I was not aware of prior to Auto Clinics technicians identifying some major issues that certainly could have been catastrophic if left not repaired. What seemingly was a small issue turned into some major repairs that could have left us easily stranded and cost twice what I paid to have it taken care of now. I am very grateful for the Auto Clinics attention to detail and alerting me to some major issues. The service was done expeditiously, with great quality, courtesy and warranty assurance. This is my “Go to” mechanic shop for my vehicles now!

Let me start by saying that I am glad my dad recommended Kody and his amazing team at the Auto Clinic! We decided to save some money by doing the job ourselves but oh boy we encountered a big, big problem we broke part of the frame when removing the old alternator. Do yourself a favor and stop working on your own car lol like Kody told us lol dont make it worst in the long run and just take your vehicle to the Auto Clinic! I would've saved myself a lot of less heartache if I bought my vehicle to the Auto Clinic to begin with! My vehicle is running top notch! I found my mechanic and will bring my vehicles to Kody the Car Care King and his team! 100% recommend. I had my mechanic when lived in Houston and am glad found you Auto Clinic in El Paso! This is the best automotive repair shop I have ever been to. They are very profession, honest, and will do their best to get you back out on the road. I no longer trust anyone but them with my vehicle! I have mainly dealt with Kody, and Justin. Both are very knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything that was going on with my Catalytic Converter, and why I should not drive it until fixed. You may not like what they have to say, because well auto repairs can be expensive. They will be honest with you though, and when it comes to car repairs that is important! I would recommend anyone that needs their vehicle worked on whether repairs or maintenance go to The Auto Clinic!

While I had used The Auto Clinic before for small things like inspections, oil changes etc., on this particular occasion, I brought my truck into Kody for a significant repair to my truck after some knuckleheads tried to play mechanic and destroyed one of the heads. Kody and his team worked diligently to get the job completed and within a reasonable budget. As a single female, that knows very little about vehicle repairs, Kody took the time to explain everything as progress (and a small setback) was being made. He was very courteous, polite and respectful as well and didn't give me the standard "little lady" machismo attitude that I usually get from other auto mechanics. Ladies (or gents), if you need your vehicle worked on and don't want to worry about getting hussled, I couldn't recommend Kody and The Auto Clinic highly enough!

100 % recommended. They accurately know what needs to be fixed and I really liked that they know what are the most recommended parts that need to be changed, for example they will tell you why certain brands are not recommended and why some others are recommended. I also like that they seem to be very honest and take their job very seriously and will do the things right and fast:) They also have very good customer service and a nice and comfortable waiting room:)

I had been looking for someone to service my truck. Past experience with another business where I often took it, was negative. I won't be going back to them. Very happy that I found The Auto Clinic. I own a VW Tiguan and it’s older than 10 years, so it’s really hard to find a dealership willing to work on older cars these days. After a long search trying to find a shop that would work on it, I came across The Auto Clinic and was surprised how fast the turn around was. Diagnostic was spot on and my car is running smooth again. Will be making this my go to shop for sure!

I recommend The Auto Clinic to all of EP. You will receive honest work and much more. Kody really saved me during a time I was struggling. I was being overcharged at Total Auto Repair and he quickly recognized it. He is true to his word and genuinely wants to help. The service I received exceeded my expectations. I was driving from Denver to Tucson and our AC died in Las Cruces! No place in Las Cruces, and 5 that I called in El Paso could check it out on such short notice. Auto Clinic got us in there and back on the road in no time! Absolute lifesavers! Kind, professional, and extremely fair. I highly recommend!
