I made an appointment over the phone for an oil change, got in same day about 2 hours after the call. Everyone was very nice, and the change itself was very very reasonable priced!! I also met Rudolph, the kangaroo! I will be returning, thank you guys! 😁

This is a clean and friendly atmosphere. They are very knowledgeable in taking care of foreign cars. And the cost is affordable verses taking it to a dealership.

Excellent customer service through and through. They were able to get us in right away and right before the holidays, now are our car is running better than ever and they completed the job quite fast given the holidays and needing parts. Highly recommend!!

I absolutely love The Auto Clinic. They were able to get me in and out in about 45 minutes. I saw one of their billboards coming into Jonesboro and decided to give them a call. And you should too, you will not be disappointed. As a added bonus, you'll even get to meet THE cutest little Joey named Rudolph😊

Very friendly staff, and did my oil change quickly enough I was able to do it on my lunch break. Also, best price I found out of anyone in town for a synthetic oil change!

Feels good to be able to trust someone with our vehicle. I drive a Mercedes Benz and this place knows what they are doing. I don’t have to take a day off to drive to Memphis, I can drop my car off that morning in Jonesboro and they will have it done by the end of the day. I feel they are trustworthy and that means a lot to me.

I have found the best place in Jonesboro to get your car repaired !! I had called several places in Jonesboro and could not find anyone that could look at it that day. Then my daughter suggested The Auto Clinic ! She said that they were so nice and got her car fixed quickly and did a great job.. So I called and the man on the phone was very friendly and understanding that I needed my car fixed that day. He said “Sure we can, just bring it in”. I took my car in and he knew exactly what was wrong with it and said we will have it ready this afternoon! He called me with the price before ever starting to work on it and had the car ready to go in just a few hours. I would highly recommend that if you need a car mechanic, The Auto Clinic is the place to go. I will definitely use The Auto Clinic for all of my car needs and issues. Thanks guys for a great job !

Great communication. Got my card repaired within the day. Plaza tires original quote to fix the car was @ 1700....they did it for @ 1000. Great place. Will definitely take my car there again!!

I have a recurring problem with my MB A220 with the check engine light coming on periodically. The Little Rock MB service department has checked it several times and found no issues. I took the car to the Auto Clinic and they performed diagnostics and found the issue, a faulty DMTL pump which is part of the evap system. Since the car is under warranty I will return the car to the dealership for repairs armed with the Auto Clinic diagnostics.

I went in for an oil change a few weeks ago. I let them know that my CarPlay infotainment was not working properly. They took a look at if for me while doing the oil change and did not charge extra. They advised that I would need to update my infotainment software. Most companies would have charged to provide such a diagnosis but they did not! They are the best and now my CarPlay is now working properly after doing the update. They are great to work with and I will always take my Land Rover to them when needed.

I normally do all of my own auto repairs but had a couple of issues arise that I just could not figure out. They got our car in very quickly and put so much effort and time in to tracking down and diagnosing the issues while keeping up updated along the way.

Well I have a new place to take my car. Love the auto clinic. They got my car up and running and don’t have to worry anymore. So glad they found the problem. I will be going there from now on. I trust these guys. Good people and very kind.
