Great job auto experts….the experts work on all my vehicles I trust them with all of my vehicles… I have an older truck that had issues with cutting out and dying… The Experts diagnosed and found the problem, now my truck is reliable once again…hats off to the Experts….

Service advisor Armando and his coworker technician did a great job. I initially went in for oil change but he informed me that my wheel bearings were going bad, which I already knew but just kept putting off. So I had the technician go ahead and replace the bearings also. Overall, friendly, courteous service.

Went in for an oil change and windshield wiper replacement; fast and convenient service. Customer service was good. Showed me some pending upcoming repairs that may be needed but no high pressure sales.

The Auto Experts in Sacramento did a great job of putting he air conditioner back in serice on my 2003 Acura. We are happy that we took the car there. They even gave us transportation to and from our home. and all the pesonnel we dealt with were friendly and helpful. --A satisfied customer.

I got some new tires from them. They did a 30 point inspection. My car wa having an intermittent starting problem also. Since it started fine while in the shop they could not diagnose the problem. But they said they suspected a problem with the chip in my key. They suggested I switch to another key, and my car has started fine ever since. The technicians at this shop seem more well trained than at other shops I have dealt with.

Nice people, but they're not that great at diagnosing issues; and they're pricey for the work they do. Somewhat quick turnaround though, which I did appreciate.

Found my problem right away and fixed it timely. Also provided a list of other issues by priority. Given this list I also had them put new back brakes on. Highly recommend them!

Thank you for the detailed, complete pre-purchase evaluation! It is so worth the price to have an accurate idea of all the problems you might expect before purchasing a used vehicles! Even down to the wear on the brake pads, etcetera!

This place was great. Service is beyond 5 stars. They are Very trustworthy and took care of my daughter’s car and for an excellent price. Later we took that same car on a 1200 mile road trip. No issues.

We were very happy with the service we received on our 2015 Honda Odyssey. Auto Experts replaced brakes on the front and rear of the car. From the start, setting appointment, getting quote and having the work completed it was a very pleasant experience. Cost was also pleasant. This was our first experience with The Auto Experts on Folsom Blvd in Sacramento...and it won't be our last :)

once again Auto Experts did a nice job. A/C wasn't working. they found out it just needed refill of refrigerant fluid, and didn't add any other unneeded items to the repair. really appreciate an honest and capable mechanic.
