The Auto Experts in Sacramento did a great job of putting he air conditioner back in serice on my 2003 Acura. We are happy that we took the car there. They even gave us transportation to and from our home. and all the pesonnel we dealt with were friendly and helpful. --A satisfied customer.

I got some new tires from them. They did a 30 point inspection. My car wa having an intermittent starting problem also. Since it started fine while in the shop they could not diagnose the problem. But they said they suspected a problem with the chip in my key. They suggested I switch to another key, and my car has started fine ever since. The technicians at this shop seem more well trained than at other shops I have dealt with.

I put my Ford Explorer in for a water pump and I knew it would take a while but they did a great job on my vehicle as well as got my vehicle back to me as soon as possible I would recommend them to anybody thank you guys

Nice people, but they're not that great at diagnosing issues; and they're pricey for the work they do. Somewhat quick turnaround though, which I did appreciate.

Thank you for the detailed, complete pre-purchase evaluation! It is so worth the price to have an accurate idea of all the problems you might expect before purchasing a used vehicles! Even down to the wear on the brake pads, etcetera!

We were very happy with the service we received on our 2015 Honda Odyssey. Auto Experts replaced brakes on the front and rear of the car. From the start, setting appointment, getting quote and having the work completed it was a very pleasant experience. Cost was also pleasant. This was our first experience with The Auto Experts on Folsom Blvd in Sacramento...and it won't be our last :)

Found my problem right away and fixed it timely. Also provided a list of other issues by priority. Given this list I also had them put new back brakes on. Highly recommend them!

This place was great. Service is beyond 5 stars. They are Very trustworthy and took care of my daughter’s car and for an excellent price. Later we took that same car on a 1200 mile road trip. No issues.

once again Auto Experts did a nice job. A/C wasn't working. they found out it just needed refill of refrigerant fluid, and didn't add any other unneeded items to the repair. really appreciate an honest and capable mechanic.

I would give 5 stars if I didn't need to bring the truck back because the bearing retainers were not replaced the 1st time and one of them backed out causing the bearing to bind and heat up. In the future I would not only recommend replacing them the 1st time but also to have the vehicle towed back to the shop to avoid possible additional damage. Tom was professional and very helpful.

This was my first experience with Auto Experts. I chose them as they had a 4.7/5 rating on Google Reviews…and I see why. The service I received was friendly and professional, and they fixed my car for a reasonable price. I’ll definitely be going back there, and I’d advise anyone to try the same. Great job guys!
