This shop is the best! I have been taking my 2012 Jeep Liberty to The Auto Experts for years. Had some work done this week and can't thank Joe and Mike enough for their exceptional customer service, and the team for another job well done. Also, I want to express my gratitude to the team for their continued trustworthiness. As a female customer, that trustworthiness is invaluable. Went to Auto Experts based on some other good reviews I had seen and wasn't disappointed! I felt confident right away that they were able to help me with what I needed done with my car and were honest with their recommendations. Their inspection report with photos and price breakdown was a level of transparency that I've never experienced before with an auto shop!

Although I took my car to a dealer for many years, it's only been the last several years since I discovered The Auto Experts. I had searched for a reliable service center that was closer to my Downtown Sacramento home. They have never disappointed. They are top-rate on their services, their fees are reasonable, and they have given me a good reason to keep my auto service and repair business in or around my own neighborhood.

I have taken my car here many times and have always been pleased! They are very knowledgeable and always charge way less than the dealership and I have never had to wait for service (again unlike the dealerships!). Very nice as well as explained things thoroughly to me.

A friend recommended the Auto Experts so I came here when I needed a belt and my brakes replaced. Although the work was a little pricier than I had planned, they took the time to explain the cost breakdown and why they were recommending each repair. They were thorough and also able to make repairs to my car in just one day, which was appreciated. It’s been three weeks and my car is driving great. Overall, I would recommend them if you’re having any car issues or are due for maintenance.

Wow! Mike, Joe, and the rest of the people at Auto Experts took great care of me. I needed a new battery, and I was in and out in an hour, and that was with them having to wait for it to be delivered! Thanks, guys! I didn't need any auto work done. I was recently a victim of a hit and run. Someone smashed my bumper almost all the way off. Then, a guy scammed me with a fake patch job. I used bungee cords to hold the bumper on. I just wanted to see if the guys at this shop could check my bumper to make sure that it was safe on the road. I needed someone that I could trust. I decided to go to this place based on the reviews. And even though it wasn't something that they even do, AND the crew was on lunch, they checked my bumper, and used zip ties to secure it for me. They even declined my offer to pay them. Very kind people. I definitely recommend them!

To say I appreciate this shop and their team would be putting it lightly. I originally had brought my car in to get work on what I assumed was a slipped belt based on the smell I was smelling. Nope. Turns out it was a dead, fried cat in my car. I wish I could tip the poor mechanics to thank them for being the poor souls who had to take that out but since that isn't possible I am just going to be a loyal customer for life. I've since brought it in for an oil change and tire rotation. In both the original issue and following trip I felt the diagnosis treatment pricing and communication were all fair and thorough which I greatly appreciated especially having had negative experiences qith other sacramento mechanics as a woman.

I have had terrific service from the staff and mechanics at Auto Experts (30th Street, Sacramento). They are patient with regard to working with me when my car has problems and explaining what they find and how they will do the repairs. They are efficient (work gets done on time!) and very responsive to messages and phone calls. I live in the neighborhood where the shop is so it is super convenient for me; but it's the high quality of the staff that really keeps bringing me back.
