Exceptional from start to finish. Scheduling was easy (thanks, Leah). Kyle (tech) was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work/communicate with. Very happy - Great job, Kyle. We got the work we needed done at fair and reasonable prices. Even better? I didn't have to miss work to sit at a shop while getting the repairs. My fiance was able to enjoy her day off without sitting in a shop. I love that they come right to your home! I was referred by a neighbor, and will certainly pass the word along. 100% recommended. Can't say enough good things about my experience. Fair, honest, trustworthy. And typically when dealing with car repairs and shops, that is hard to come by. I will be a repeat customer! Thanks for a great job.

Booking was very easy and fast via online/email, they are highly organized. I made a request to do brake works, price is reasonable. Kyle is great, very friendly, and everything is set correctly. I was very happy for their work, highly recommended.

I had them out for my personal vehicle, Kyle was my technician. I was so impressed thst I then used them for a Business vehicle, and plan on using them much more in the future. Professional, courteous, and versatile.

I just watched one of your vehicles swerving in an out of traffic. Cut me off then brake checked me because i assume I was only doing 70 mph on the highway. My child was in the car. They then got off exit one and proceeded to cut into a funeral procession dangerously. Is this how all your employees drive in your vehicles?

Prompt, professional, responsive and honest. Excellent service for a very fair price. Kyle showed up at the scheduled time and did a great job. Much quicker with far less hassle than using a typical brick and mortar mechanic. I’ll definitely use Auto Llama 2’u’Brakes in the future.

Such a convenient service. Daniel came out and surveyed what all needed done. I was told from a different shop that I needed all new calipers, but Daniel assured me that my calipers were just fine. He then got the brake pad and rotor job done very quickly and things have been good since! Save time and money and go with the Auto Llama!

They did rear brake job at my job while I was at work ☺️! I didn’t have to leave or go to the shop to make an appointment. I did it all on the internet. He was quick and had my keys back to me before I clocked out for lunch!!

50 years of driving and having cars repaired and this was the best brake service I have ever encountered, not just because it was less expensive than the regular brake shops but because of the care and expertise that I witnessed (and I had a mechanical engineering background). Kyle did my brakes today and he was phenomenal! I thought I only needed brake pads because that is what I was told by a prior mechanic. It turned out that my rotors were bad! Even though he had already been to get my pads once and went back to autozone and got the rotors. Even with that trouble he was able to get me a really affordable package today. I will never use anyone else for getting my brakes changed! Thank you so much Kyle!

Kyle was great!! He communicated his ETA to my location. He completed a test drive, inspection, replaced the front pads and rotors and completed a final test drive within the 2 hour window of my assigned job time. He advised on the condition of my rear brakes as well as a couple other things. I definitely recommend The Auto Llama's 2"u" Brakes. The best part is they come to you!! Fair prices, courteous and professional technicians, what else could you ask for?
