Both times I've repaired my car here, everything was smooth. Rental worked with The Body Shop, great customer service, and paperwork is a breeze. Unfortunate to be in a wreck, but this place is one less heartache to deal with. Thanks again!

I took my car in to have the roof and trunk lid painted due to heavy sun damage/ oxidation. The results were amazing! The quality of the work and their customer service is excellent.

I’ve used this body shop before for a fender bender. I had great service. Was rear ended again and went back to the same body shop because they keep you informed of everything. Everything was new and replaced, no cutting corners here. Customer service is excellent. My truck was ready a few days before it was promised.

A couple months ago a lady hit my parked car at Vista Market. The lady's insurance told me I could take the car to The Body Shop or to Caliber Collision. I chose TBS, because I wanted to support a local business. TBS saw the car and told me they did not want to work on it, because it was going to be too hard to find the parts. Luckily Caliber Collision was able to get the job done. I guess sometimes local businesses don't want to grow.

After having a small accident, The Body Shop was able to fix my vehicle. Door was replaced and painted. They did a great job. I would recommend them and will use them again, if needed.

Quality is the main issue. My wife had an accident and took it here because of the lifetime warranty and it was a preferred body shop by allstate. Well, when I received the car, the headlight is not sitting flush again the fender. Moreover, there are some areas in which you could vaguely see the primer. Will be taking the car back. Update: 9/21/2023 took the car back on 9/19/2023 and the body shop fixed all the issues and had the car ready for me two days later. Happy customer!!!! Thank you Fernando and Pedro

The customer service of this company is outstanding. My repair was done in a very timely manner and the whole process went very smoothly, even color matching my aftermarket mod! They kept me informed of the progress via text while the car was in the shop, and we're kind enough to give me a courtesy ride to the shop to pickup my vehicle since I happen to live very close by. I want to give a special shout out to the owner's two daughters who work at the shop. It's awesome to see females in the mostly male-dominated automotive industry. I wish them all the best!
