Customer service was great at the front desk. But was charge for an alignment that was never done. Tires that are six months old are worn and will be needed new tires plus the alignment I originally paid for. Its sad when single moms have no expertise in cars and paid for a service that never fixed the issue and will be paying double plus new tires (when I just finish paying off the tires) If you come here please make sure you have knowledge to double check they did the actual job. I have been to this location before but it's been a while since I have been back. Mostly due to having a newer car. My brother in Dec 2023 needed to service his Lexus GX, which was having coolant leaking problems. Ivan gave us a quote and we accepted it. He and his team exceeded our expectation (got the truck done ahead of time) and my brother drove his Lexus from Miami back to his home in Syracuse, NY. He was happy to report no problem at all. He was very happy and impressed with Ivan and his team. A day later my moms 2006 Honda Ridgeline having 215,000 original 1 owner miles on it was in need of major internal engine work, i.e. leaking gasket, oil loss, the 2nd timing belt needing to be replaced, oil pump and the whole works. Ivan and his team completed the job on time and as scheduled. We were super happy with the work on both vehicles.

I recently brought my pickup truck to The Car Clinic for brake issues and had a very positive experience. As someone with a strong background in mechanics, I was impressed by how their mechanics treated me as a peer. They took the time to discuss the problem thoroughly, explaining it in detail and ensuring I understood what was being done. It was clear they respected my knowledge, and our conversation felt like one between two experienced mechanics. The team did an excellent job fixing the primary issue. There was one minor problem left, which they offered to address, but I opted to handle it myself. They even identified the exact part that needed replacing and explained the process clearly. Overall, I was very satisfied with the quality of work and the professional approach at The Car Clinic. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for respectful, knowledgeable service.

I took my vehicle in for a power steering issue. They were able to find the near obsolete parts being that the Vehicle is a 2013. And were able to have me back up and running in a matter of a few days. I take all my vehicles to the car clinic.

My visit to the Car Clinic about a week ago was great, as the team greeted me when I stepped into the office and were professional and polite.  It was also a pleasant environment while waiting for my car to be serviced, since I noticed they offer coffee and snacks while listening to relaxing music or watching tv. As far as my car goes, it was serviced recently, so I can't really review on how much better it's performing, but time will tell & I could leave a review after a few months on how my car's performance has been ever since it was serviced at the establishment.  Thanks again to The Car Clinic Team for their  hospitality & great customer service!

Their customer service is great but they price gouge like crazy. I highly recommend price shopping elsewhere before settling here. They wanted to charge $1200 (after a discount) just to replace my radiator and they said that might not be the only problem with it.. Disappointed because AAA recommended me to them and guaranteed a discount, I got my Jeep towed to another reputable mechanic and they're only charging $600. Please do your research first especially if you're a girl!

After searching for years for a dependable, reliable and honest mechanic to take care of my antique car, I am pleased to have found the Car Clinic of Miami. Service and communication are excellent. Even though I have to drive a ways to get there, it’s definitely worth it. Good quality service costs more but makes for happy clients.

The folks here are simply awesome, they answer their phones, they call you back in a timely manner, their work on the vehicle is always good, I never feel cheated, and last by no means lease, Ivan is very friendly ,personable and very pleasant to customers. Go here for your repairs because it’s the best car clinic in Kendall!

Took my truck in to check my air conditioning. Verified a leak and gave a estimate. After my approval they got yo work and finished the repairs faster then the time frame they gave me. Would recommend them to do work on your cars and trucks. I will be going back for any repairs I need.
