Rich was great and has amazing customer service. He showed respect for my time, and I felt obligated to pay it back. I felt I was treated fairly and respectfully. They did the repairs quickly and communicated excellently. Will gladly come back for all future car care.

This is a Rich review- Rich... What can I say? He wasn't able to fix my issue but returned my money when the issue persisted and recommended that I go to the dealership. Although my vehicle didn't get repaired, I appreciated the integrity he displayed through it all. I did get a bit upset and he knew it. But he didn't give up on me. He continued to help me as I sought out repair assistance where he directed me to go. And we all know how the dealership can be. Straight money suckers!!! Sure enough they quoted me at the highest amount, and I reached out to Rich. With his help, I got the dealership to come down a bit from the initial quote they gave me. That certainly wouldn't have happened if Rich hadn't answered when I called. They always say kindness costs us nothing. Rich didn't have to be there. He wasn't getting paid. That says a lot. I'll continue to use his services for what he can do (I've had an oil change and some other work done). LADIES ... GO TO, RICH!!! Thanks, Rich!

Rich and the staff took care of my 87 Grand National with the beat white glove treatment. I brought it in for a rattling noise that came out of no where(no surprise in classics.) after what i thought was one area of the car, they found two spots that the nosies ended up coming from. Gave my car a full inspection, told me I had a very clean classic(which helps with my own peace of mind,) lets just say Ive been coming here for a minute and my trust in them is always no hesitation. Thank you as always Rich and crew.

I called Mark, and he told me to come in—no appointment, no 'call me next week.' He said the van would be ready by noon tomorrow; the repair was completed just before noon. I highly recommend him; he's a true professional.

Convinced they are the best car repair shop in the Valley. Trustworthy, kind, didn’t oversell anything. Those aren’t really characteristics you can use to describe a lot of auto shops, but 100% describes these guys.

Did I just find an honest mechanic?! Let’s be real, auto mechanics don’t always have the best reputation for honesty. I usually leave a mechanic shop feeling like I’ve been taken. I DIDN’T FEEL THAT HERE. I came in and told them about two things that I suspected were issues. After they’d taken a look, they called and told me that they couldn’t see anything wrong with one of the systems that I thought might have an issue. We talked through options and they recommended that I just keep an eye on it. I’d literally just handed them a chance to lie to me and yet they were straight up with me and recommended against a repair. The Car Guys will be my first choice for my future repairs!

I called all over Las Vegas to find a shop that could work on my Audi, the job was to replace my motors mounts and transmission mount. I talked to several shops that could talk the talk but their reviews were bad, I talked to shops that said that they "should" be able to do the job and then I talked to Rich at The Car and Truck Guys. Rich was very knowledgeable and was able to quote me a firm price based on the hours needed for the job. Other shops stalled at this point.... I arranged to drop my car off this morning at 7am knowing that it would take most of the day to complete the job. I received a text as promised letting me know my Audi was ready to be picked up. When I showed up, the mechanic (Jamie) showed me the original broken mounts and assured me that everything was taken care of correctly. When was the last time you were able to talk to the mechanic anywhere? The rate that I was charged was more than fair, Rich and team did exactly what they said they would do which is hard to find these days. Needless to say, they now have a customer for life. Thank you Rich and Jamie!

Neither model is known for reliability But these guys are great to deal with Easy to reach, easy to make an appointment Very quick - “we’ll have it for your tomorrow” Simple process for diagnosis and quoting. I gave my car and when they call me it was the same place where I parked. They just told me that my engine has problem and not worth to fix. When I asked the excatly problem they say no matter engine is dead. Im pretty sure they did not open the engine and charge 85 dollars for telling that. Edit: They answered its so funny they are just lying. I did not pay 85 bucks for hearing the noise and saying that. You have to say excatly problem. I will sue

These guys are awesome! It's hard to find honest and informative service writers and automotive techs these days. Most of the time you get back overpriced "stealership" service orders with clearly unnecessary repairs. At this location you can expect a true and honest assessment of your vehicles issues at a fair price. Rich also took the time to explain in detail what was wrong with my vehicle and how the issue was being solved. I am recommending this repair shop to everyone I know.

These guys are easy to work with. I had several things that needed to be done on a 25 year old truck that I bought and they completed everything with flawless results. The price was completely fair based on the amount of labor that was needed. They gave me a military discount as well. This will be my go-to shop for all my vehicle needs.

Towed my car to shop on Monday morning - no appointment at 7:30 and by 10:30 it was fixed and ready to go. Love this shop and Rich and the team are the best! PVC hose failed…back on the road!
