I received a quote from Meineke, but The Car Guys gave me honest advice, telling me that some of the parts Meineke suggested replacing were actually fine. They only did the necessary work, avoiding any unnecessary repairs that would have raised my bill. I truly appreciate their transparency and professionalism. From now on, I’ll be trusting them with all my car needs! Highly recommend!

My vehicle was loud! Sounded like a lawnmower in the cab. Thought it was the exhaust. Or worse—maybe the engine, at 185,000 miles, was on its last breath. Turned out to be the motor mounts. Cracked and broken! The Car and Truck Guys on Sahara replaced them and within a few hours. Suddenly, the car was as quiet as the first day I drove it off of the lot. To summarize: great experience. Highly recommend.

In a city full of indifference, especially retail business, The Car Guys made their mark as one of the best. Traveling through LV on my way home a couple of weeks ago and needing a minor repair that simply required the right tool for the right leverage, The Car Guys displayed great eagerness to help where others did not. I wish they were in my home town. I recommend them to everyone. Maybe I can time my next road trip around an oil change at The Car Guys !!!

I would have done this repair myself if I was at home in Colorado but now needed to find a shop that I can trust here in LV. This Car Guys shop offered an honest scenario of possible repair options for the brakes on my 2012 Chrysler minivan. Many shops would have played the “Safety” issue and attempted to sell me more than I needed. I am happy with my choice for this repair!

Called to get some new spark plugs and some routine maintenance on our car. Seth was really awesome to talk with and get us going. Really knowledgeable guy who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Next time I have any issues, I will be calling these guys.

My car was starting to overheat and after calling numerous mechanics and being told they were too busy Mark from car guys said yea bring it down They couldn’t figure it out that day but my AC died and said it might be related take it home and see if it overheats, it didn’t. But I wasn’t charged. Mark had a family emergency and said “call me on Monday we will get you taken care of” so I did, and he said yea bring your car in tomorrow and we will change your AC. Not a cheap job (thanks Honda lol) but they were quick. Mark worked with me on the price and got to a number I was comfortable with, and now I’m back on the road with cold AC. Won’t be taking my car anywhere else, thanks again mark!

Excellent service that began with a human-to-human phone call with Mark… The quote for the service I needed blew me away, as it highly differed from the one I received from Meineke. I appreciate being a woman who can trust a local mechanic. Sabl is running well and I intend to return to The Car Guys for future services and repairs.

I took my elderly mothers SUV to a very well known, nation wide, auto repair shop. I won't say names. This shop said that my mom's SUV was basically scrap and not even worth it. They wanted to charge me 2k to repair things that later found out weren't even the issue!! I did a little research and found The Car Guys, I talked with Mark and told him all that we went through with those....Boys....and he said bring it on down. When I got there with my mom, Mark was ever so nice and looked at the paper work from....those "Boys" and did his own diagnostic run and gave me reassurance that he could fix it. Mark called me every step of the way explaining all that they found wrong and what the part does. Mark even fixed my mom's AC free of charge. It wasn't even something I was going to get fixed at the moment but Mark was kind enough to fix it. It's not a permanent fix but one that will give an 81 yr old comfort as she goes to the store and back. It brought my mom to tears as she drove home with ice cold air!!! My mom's SUV drives like it's brand new, the ac was an added blessing. I won't take my cars anywhere else, I've even told a few of my girlfriends about The Car Guys!! They have a customer for life!! Thank you Mark for all that you and your crew did, not only did you save me money, but you gave my elderly mom peace of mind knowing she won't get stuck on the road!!

Looking for honesty and integrity in all your automotive repair needs? The Car Guys on West Sahara. They fixed my wife's Lexus then mine... both difficult fixes. After calling ten (10) different repair shops Car Guys gave the best quotes and then amazing service as well as guarantees on their work. They even lent me their loaner which was a life saver.... I’ve used The Car and Truck Guys before and had a great experience, so I thought I’d punt the dealership and try them again. Probably the BEST car maintenance decision I have ever made. I had some serious issues with my powertrain, the mechanics at Car and Truck Guys quickly diagnosed the issues and narrowed it down to transmission problems .. even though I was convinced it was more ! Working with Crystal at the shop, we scheduled time for the repair which went off without a hitch and was ready for my pickup exactly when they said it would be ready. They also checked out the other major systems and found that my battery was on its last leg and was having problems with my power running boards. Both of which were taken care of as well .. HIGHLY RECOMMEND you check them out, excellent service, they make sure your vehicle is in top working condition, work with your insurance/warranty company, and lastly they are just a pleasure to work with .. which is hard to do sometimes when you are dealing with car repairs .. but you will have confidence that the job will be done right ! My first visit was not a fluke … these guys are the REAL DEAL !!! Thanks Again Crystal and the Mechanics at Car and Truck .. you guys ROCK !

Very professional and personable! I was able to have my steering wheel replaced on my vehicle after the control buttons were pushed into the steering wheel. I bought one online and wanted to swap it out. The entire team was super nice in person and Rich was very helpful over the phone and quoted me a reasonable price. They were able to get me in right away. My steering wheel looks and works great! The best part is they helped me save over a thousand dollars by not going to the dealership! Highly recommended! 😊
