The problem was well known to the BMW tech community, but it can’t be permanently repaired without a transmission. They really put a lot of effort into researching the problem, and reaching out to the BMW tech community. I applaud them on their efforts; there was nothing they could really do and I knew that was a possibility to begin with. They even called to ask about our annual inspection, and washed and vacuumed the car too! I would use the following to describe the shop and technicians. Clean. Professional. Thoughtful. Well-spoken. Accessible. Empathetic.

Check engine light came on as I was driving home from work. I called The Car Place and asked if they could take a look if I dropped it off and the happily obliged. They not only took a look the diagnosed the problem repaired and had me back going the same day. Excellent technicians and even better customer service. It's hard to find a shop that you can trust to not just say something is wrong to get more money but I whole heartily trust The Car Place.

I took my Acura RDX to The Car Place after my engine light came on recently. A friend of mine recommended them and has been going to them for over 20 years. They were great, getting me in, evaluating the issue and getting me a price. My car was fixed in one day. Thank you, Michael and Jesse!

Just when I thought they couldn’t do better they do!!! Their level of service is fantastic. They care about their customers like family. The Car Place never disappoints! They are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. But that’s not even the best part….they are trustworthy. We don’t take our cars anyplace else!

Traveled from Ohio to look at a vehicle at a local dealership to The Car Place. They booked me in last minute to do a pre-purchase vehicle inspection. They were very professional and detailed in what they recommended for the vehicle. I originally chose this place for having 200+ reviews and already having a 5 star rating and it showed. If I was local, I would certainly consider taking my vehicle to this shop.

Excellent customer service!!! I am new to the Porsche owner family. A low tire pressure warning light came on and I stopped by The Car Place without an appointment. Jesse immediately looked at the tires and diagnosed the problem. New tire needed due to nail in the tread. (Ugh) Within 2 days the tire was replaced and I also received a courtesy car wash. I am one happy customer and will definitely use The Car Place for my car servicing needs.

I have been taking all of my luxury vehicles to Jessie and The Car Place for years. BMW, Audi and my Porsche. Great service, oem parts and reasonably priced compared to dealer. EVERY service comes with a complimentary car wash. Very trustworthy family owned company

This is my first time to use The Car Place. I was tired of paying the high cost to have my Lexus repaired at the dealership for some minor repairs. I had a tire pressure sensor replaced and an alignment for basically half of what Lexus would have charged. I was very impressed with Michael and the team. They outlined all the options and then let me make the decision without any high pressure salesmanship. So far so good and I definitely plan on using them again.

Always have set the correct atmosphere as soon as I enter through the doors!!! The staff are very people friendly, I haven't had any complaints since I been letting them do repairs!!! I'm really grateful for the owners, so glad someone referred these guys!!!

Great service, incredibly knowledgable and experienced shop that is also reasonable and pragmatic. I took my car in for unplanned service with a check engine light, The Car Place was very responsive and comprehensive. No upsell or replace everything to remove the error message approach. Trustworthy auto repair and service.

The Car Place is an amazing place full of great caring people. They always look over the car top to bottom and keep eye on things that are urgent while advising of things that can wait.
