I would not recommend this place. I picked them off of a list that statefarm gave to me when I was involved in an accident. The only reason they get 3 stars is the friendly staff, and the actual paint work was good. I was given an initial estimated completion date of 3 weeks. That date was pushed back over 2 weeks because they were supposedly waiting on parts. (RAM 1500 pickup) On the day before it was scheduled to be ready I called to check on it. I got a text update a few hours later pushing the completion date back another 10 days or so but it was to go to paint. There was another delay with the vehicle ahead of mine, so it didn't actually go to paint until a week later. Then 8 weeks into it the freshly painted tailgate was damaged and had to be repaired (another day delay). I go to pick the truck up, and the bedliner wasn't reinstalled. I had to remind them I had one. They brought it around and put it in full of rain water and mud. I guess it was outside for 2 months. Later that evening, I was looking the truck over and found that the emblems are wrong (matte instead of gloss finish), the wheel they replaced is the wrong finish, and the inner fender liner that was replaced is not correct. I called and told them about these mistakes and was told I would get a call back...I'm still waiting. Being involved in an accident (no fault of mine) is stressful enough. This was not an inexpensive job. Do better. There are many body shops in Tulsa. I would suggest you find a different one.

After a wreck, everything can be so stressful. Collision Connection made this part extremely stress-free from the moment I called them. They were on my side and there to help they scheduled today for me to bring my vehicle and since my car was still drivable and they assessed my car so that they could order all parts necessary, and I would still have my vehicle. The day came to drop off my vehicle, and I arrived at Collision Connection and I did not have like I should have. They help me secure a rental, and Mandy helped me get to the rental company and made sure I had everything I needed before they took my vehicle. While my car was getting repaired, I was updated through text and calls to let me know how far along my car was in the repair process and when to expect to pick it up. I never had to call once to check on my car because they kept me so well informed. My vehicle was done in a timely fashion, and looked brand new when I picked it up. I had one issue that they could not fix. I will have to go to the dealership for that. However, they did research on that for me and let me know what I can get that approved through the insurance and get that moving. My vehicle was clean and they made sure that I got my rental dropped off and everything was squared left. I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Collision Connection. Each person I encountered went above and beyond for me to make sure that this process was an stress-free as possible. The work they did on my car was amazing and done in a timely fashion. My dad is a very picky because this is the first brand new car I’ve ever purchased and I can honestly say I am very happy with the work that was done. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10. I highly recommend! The lady who works at the front desk, I can't remember her name. She is a joy, always very helpful and attentive. Her smile and service will leave you smiling too. I have no complaints about the job those guys do either. I love picking my car up from them! Always have been very pleased! Sherry is her name!!!

This is by far the best place to get your car repaired, hands down!! Unfortunately I have needed them more than once, but I am so grateful to have such wonderful people that do amazing work, do the repairs on my cars!! My vehicles always look flawless when they are finished and they always take the very best care of me !!! Thank you Sherry and crew for being absolutely amazing and for the customer service and care you give to your customers and for alleviating my anxiety. This team is the best! Sherry and the team do things ethically and honestly. They found things the insurance was trying not to pay for and advocated that I get paid for them. it meant they may have lost out on some business for that insurance company and they chose to do the right thing! If you want someone you can trust, this is the place. they did a great job! Thank you!

Took my truck here because they said it would be done within 2 weeks, sat for 2 1/2 months, got vandalized and broken into while sitting in front. Owner states they have a on site security guard, apparently he was out to lunch when my truck got broken into. Worst part was they never contacted me to let me know it was vandalized, giving the thieves the opportunity to access bank accounts with stolen checks for a week. I found out by driving by and seeing my truck on spare tires. Rear bumper is still crooked, new tailgate doesn’t open to a step as it did before, windows whistle now and center console still is broken from being vandalized. Poor communication, poor quality. Life time warranty on P&L but won’t take it back due to the lack of craftsmanship and experiences from previous visit. I Do not recommend taking anything there.

I took my vehicle to CC because of a recommendation from my dealership after a wreck. Sherry was more than helpful during the entire process and went above and beyond anything I expected. My vehicle ended up being in the shop for 7wks and she kept in contact with me the entire time. I couldn't be more pleased with this customer service!

We took our Infiniti to get repaired after the rear quarter was hit. Even through Covid, they kept us up- to- date on progress. When my rental car allowance was about to expire, and I called several times, they were nice as could be. The workmanship brought the car back to new. My car had been smashed in the passenger side door pretty badly. I went to get a few estimates from other shops. I decided to go with Collision Connection at Brookside for a few reasons. First, it was recommended by a friend. It was close to my work, and When I went to their shop they were absolutely wonderful. Very welcoming and warm! Sherry gave me a honest and fair estimate and handled the entire claim for me. A 2 weeks later I got my little car back as quoted before. She kept in touch with me throughout the repairs. Great communication all the way!!! I am so glad I went with them. My car looks as amazing as it did before the wreck! I am surprised it was done so quickly because my car was discontinued at the end of 2009. I drive a 2008 Hyundai Tiburon and I figured getting parts to fix it would be a pain. I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality work by amazing people!!
