WORD TO THE WISE; Customer service is terrible! Quoted a price and promised my truck back within 5 days. 10 days later, it still wasn't ready. I made calls the 2nd week to ck on the status, Erik promised to ck on it and call me back with an ETA. ...no call. I called back, I was told Erik was in a meeting Another man said he would ck as he had no idea what was going on. No return call again :( I called again next day...I said I wanted to get my truck, I wanted it back even if it wasn't done, I didn't trust them anymore. I was told it would be ready and to come pick it up at 5:15.... When I got there, I took my keys to ck the gas mileage on my truck because they had it longer than estimated. As I did so, a man followed me out to the truck with a cell phone in his ear, stating he would call the police. I ckd the work they did, what was done regarding the quote told to me wasn't done. (Dishonest, I should've got any agreements in writing that were agreed to after the initial written quote)The guy kept yelling at me to not touch the paint (which I clearly was not doing) I wanted to verify the work. I paid the bill to be told they were charging me an extra $175 for a rush order! RUSH ORDER?! they were late! THEN the man had the audacity to tell me if I didn't pay the bill ( which AT NO time did I say I wasn't) that they will keep the truck and sell it within the week!!! He kept telling me the truck looked good, even though that wasn't the issue. The work promised wasn't the work delivered and the way a customer is treated is terrible!!! Updated response: Wow...seriously? ..lol, no one was ever threatened. Glad you have cameras. Too bad your customer service is subpar

THESE GUYS DID AN INCREDIBLE JOB! I called another body shop first and asked to schedule an estimate and they told me they were booked out for 3 months. So I called doctor's touch and talked to Eric. He said I can bring it in now and he would give me a free estimate. And we scheduled to get it repaired in 3 days. They ordered the parts, got everything they needed in just a week. Jay and Eric were both incredible to work with. These guys got the job done in incredible time and the work was perfect. Thanks, guys!

Asked for a quote sent pictures and email and contact info, never got one, then called back and was told the tech was off sick all they had to do is say that in the beginning but chose not to do so definitely not getting my business

Great experience! I've never had to deal with a body shop before, but I will not hesitate to send friends/family here. They made the experience easy and a lot less of a headache than I thought it would be!

I think the bad reviews here are from years ago under different management. I had a fantastic experience with Doctor's Touch when they repaired some nasty scratches on my SUV. Erick, the main person I dealt with, was professional, courteous, and kept me updated frequently. Jay, the transporter and parts manager, was fun to talk to and very helpful. Josiah, the person who actually did my repairs, came in both early and late to get the repairs done ahead of schedule. Highly recommend.

My wife and I had our car touched up by Doctor's Touch of Indianapolis. They did an excellent job on our car and included repairing the original grill which had a hole in it about the size of a golf ball. One of their workers, Tim K Haymaker who is my nephew- in -law is their plastic repair expert. Tim was able to restore the grill to original shape which saved us hundreds over a full grill replacement. There was a large dent under the passenger door from when I hit a curb a couple of years ago. It was also repaired and looks great. Doctor's Touch also went around the car and did touch up paint were it was needed. The best part is the car was completed and the price came in under their estimate! I highly recommend Doctor's Touch of Indianapolis.

We couldn’t be more thrilled about the work they did to reconstruct our front seats!! We went to several different companies before deciding on The Doctor’s Touch/Dr. Vinyl. We knew very quickly that The Doctor’s Touch had the right people and the right place to entrust our seat reconstruction with. The first thing we noticed about this location is the cleanliness. The front desk room had clean, fresh air and clean surfaces, and their garage was organized, clean, and fresh too. We were also blown away that the owner goes out of his way to offer an allergy-friendly foam option for the inside of the seats. They have various kinds of fabrics with different levels of breathe-ability and also different colors and textures. They went out of their way to be honest and to do everything correctly during the seat construction process. We are extremely satisfied with the end result. Bear in mind that new materials take a bit of time to off-gas, as all the materials they are using are completely fresh. We took that period of time afterward with the windows down as needed, with great success. Jay and Erik were great to work with. We are truly grateful for their role in getting our vehicle ready for adventure. Thank you!!

Be careful with these guys. Owner, she has very bad behavior. I Paid for the detailing and told the guy whom I made the payment that I will be picking up truck later when get a ride. Went to pickup truck around 5:30 6 Pm. She called police on us. Got held up there for 2-3 hours until she came to the lot. Soon she got there started yelling at us saying to get off the property and come back during business hours when we had already told that manager guy that I ll be picking up later on. She didn’t let us pick up the truck and she knew us and knew that we own the truck. Showed her cab card and proofs. Not going there again. She has no respect for customers.

Place absolutely sucks! Bought a car from Capital City Ford. And they called these idiots to come out and basically do a get it off the lot repair! If you go there for anything you will be pissed off at their services. I'm not mad at Capital City as they tried to do the right thing!
