Big shout out to Nate for the excellent service. Euro shop is the only place I’ll be taking my Porsche cayman for the work it needs. Top notch team and as a customer it’s great to get pictures of anything concerning they find and have the car inspected carefully.

UPDATE 20204/09/25 - Had the pleasure of working with the team for scheduled maintenance on my vehicle for the first time. Nate was a friendly and knowledgeable service advisor and my car was in and out of the shop quickly. A comprehensive digital report of their multi-point inspection and service recommendations were provided, and online payment was very straightforward. Very professional and clean shop. Diagnostic was detailed and understandable. Would recommend and intend to return in the near future. Edited to add update. Returned for an inspection and the tech solved a problem I didn't even ask him to. The repair wasn't too expensive and now my car drives better than ever. Thanks!!

From my first phone call with this team, I knew they were professionals and experts in the German car industry. My experience during and after confirmed this. I was provided a detailed breakdown with photos showing recommendations, urgent things to address, and future things to look at for the car. I picked up my car freshly washed with a confidence that I better understand the condition of the car and a confidence that if anything needs to be done that this team can handle it. I have used the Euro Shop for general vehicle maintenance for 2.5 years. Over the past 12 months the customer service has declined significantly. Most recently, I took my vehicle in for an oil change and wanted to wait as I live across town from the shop. I was told if I had the vehicle at the shop by 7 am the work would be done in an hour to an hour and a half. I had the vehicle there at 6:55 am and was told they would call when it was ready. An hour and a half later I had not heard from anyone so I returned to the shop and was told they ran out of oil filters for my vehicle and had to have them delivered. This resulted in me having to wait another hour and a half to have the oil change completed. And in the middle of all this I was given the hard sale for multiple "required" maintenance items that would have resulted in me leaving the vehicle with them for an entire day. How does it take 3 hours to do an oil change.? How do you run an auto repair and service shop and run out of oil filters? How do you not inform the customer of this type of issue prior to beginning service so they can decide if they need to reschedule? It shows a lack of consideration and respect for their customers time, schedules, etc. and that is just as important as the quality of the work when it comes to someone's transportation.

Awesome experience. The owner and staff were very polite and explained everything they were doing. Their price were reasonable. Way cheaper than the dealership and the service was of the same quality if not better. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I probably will never go back unless it’s the last option. I have a European car that needed a starter replaced. I was quoted $1,849 for labor and the new starter. With the starter being around $500, I was charged $1200 for it to be replaced. The next day I had a flight in which I was supposed to make. On the way to the airport, my car breaks down in the middle of one of the busiest roads in Richmond because of the ✨starter!✨ I had to wait with my car for the tow truck causing me to miss my entire flight. 👎🏾

They have worked on my 2012 VW Jetta a couple of times now and they always do the best job. I never feel like they are trying to upsell me on other services. They are very kind and knowledgeable. They’re able to get me in and out very quickly. Nate is so prompt and helpful (and answers all of my phone calls and questions LOL) And my car is always SO clean when I pick it up! I’d give another star for that if I could. Highly highly recommend this shop!

Based on reviews here, I looked forward to having The Euro Shop solve the braking vibration issue my car was having. In December 2023 took my car to them and they diagnosed that my front brakes and rotators needed to be replaced. I agreed to have them replaced. Everything seemed all good until the end of February, when the vibration started again. I took the car back to them and that's when my experience with them went downhill. Long story short, they said that the brakes were OK, but the rotors where warped and there "may" be an issue with the calipers. I was advised to replace the rotors again, after 2 months, and get new calipers. Unbelievable! I refused to throw money at rotators I had just replaced and calipers that "might" be bad. I decided to take my car somewhere else for a second opinion and that's when I found out what was really the issue...a bad control arm bushing. Why didn't The Euro Shop find this issue in December?? Now I wonder if I really needed new brakes and rotators back then. I paid a diagnostic fee for a wrong diagnosis, but I'm glad I didn't let them do more unnecessary work on my car. Anyway, my advice is before you let The Euro Shop keep guessing what may be wrong with your car get a second opinion.

IMO...I feel the parts used are overpriced and not top brands as they're stated to be. Cause $992 for only one set of front brakes and rotors is insane, and Mercedes only charged $740 tax included. I stopped coming here for a while bc every time I got my car worked on I had to bring it right back. I like going here bc they do get you in and out, where as Mercedes can be backed up. Don't get me wrong they get the job done. And will fix whatever they missed. The parts prices however are ridiculous.

After being frustrated with attempting to get my Audi S5 serviced at Audi of Richmond and Eurotune on Midlothian and being told the earliest appointment was a month out I sought to find another place...AND BOY AM I GLAD. I have now had my car serviced by The Euro Shop twice and I could not more satisfied. They are detailed (you receive a text with detailed information about the things that need attention relating to your vehicle. It includes pictures and is color coded so you can determine what needs immediate attention!) You can pay online, they did not keep my car for weeks (1-3 days). I really enjoy working with them and glad that I have found them.

I saw a post that said "if your a woman beware" but I still brought my car anyway. They fixed my car however the process was questionable as well as the invoice. It stated one price at the beginning & another price at the end of service. Accountability went unnoticed.

I've had my 2015 VW Jetta serviced here twice. First time was for a major repair that was way over my budget but they were VERY helpful and helped me with financing. Second repair was for another engine issue and they were able to provide me with pictures and updates throughout my entire work day. Nate was extremely helpful throughout this entire process and I am beyond grateful for their wonderful team and keeping my car up to date with everything! I highly recommend The Euro Shop for any euro car needs!!!
