Was in such a rush to make the money they took my car without permission a day earlier then we had originally discussed just to drop it off in the same non working condition. Dishonest and full of greed . Please do me a favor and do not trust them . I will also be contacting BBB and posting on my large social media platform for others to beware .

I am beyond pleased with the service I received from Luis and his sons. Luis was honest, transparent, and always available when I called. Luis actually sent video of the work being performed on my vehicle and answered any questions I had. I will continue to business with the Expert Mechanic!!!!!

Luis took good care of us and did what he needed to do. He went step by step with the process of replacing My girlfriends break caliber and running us through what was wrong with it. He’s not like the other mechanics out here that give you b.s, he just tells you how it is. In addition of the excellent speedy service and hospitality he has very reasonable prices. What I’m trying to get at is, Luis is definitely the kind of man you’d WANT to work on your car. Muchas Gracias por tus Servicios Luis 🙏 ps. Bring back the Mexican flag

Had a severe power steering leak after my second car sat for over a year- this made the repair much more difficult. Luis and his son were up-front about all costs and communicated with me the whole time. They had the problem diagnosed and repaired the same day. I feel terrible that they had such a mess to clean up after, though. These guys are honest, hard-working, and very fair on price. I will be using them for all my future work and have already recommended them to my friends/family and will continue to do so. I think the negative reviews are coming from people who don't have very many brain cells left. Thanks again, The Expert Mechanic!

I want to share my horrible experience with this mechanic first of all he has mentioned free ac check on all his flyers and signs secondly I took my van there to have it checked he said it needs service and the ac will be working he said that will be 103$ I said ok when he took the payment within 20 min he said you can take your vehicle and it’s working now I turned on the ac the issue was the same I told him he has done fraud he is not a certified mechanic my ac issue is the same as before nothing changed he just wanted to make extra bucks for doing nothing

My husband and I are from out of town. Came to Huston for vacation and ended up with car trouble on a Saturday! Car was over heating, didn’t know what was wrong with it. As soon as we got to the shop they figured out what was wrong. Jr, I believe, was the guy who helped us out. Super nice, explained everything, worked fast, great costumer service. You can definitely tell he loves what he does! Definitely recommend coming here!

Paid almost 500 and my truck ended up the same They changed parts to my ac that supposedly were damaged. And transmission oil and all the same no changes whatsoever. They wanted to charge me more so they can check electricity that maybe it was something electrical. I'd rather go somewhere else. To be honest

Got $535 done to my car to have nothing really change in the operation of my car. I wouldn’t be surprised if family and friends gave this company a good rating themselves! I am an officer and a mystery shopper so I know to comment on good quality companies or the bad ones. DO NOT come here!!! They will “guess” about the issues of your car and then have a nineteen year old child come in and fix it! Then after all of that dismiss you once you come back after they have given you faulty work.

I had an issue with my front wheel bearing. Luis diagnosed the problem, and performed the repairs quickly and at a very reasonable price. Also, Luis is easy to work with and a nice guy. Highly recommend.
