I have taken my old van to Fix Car Care Clinics twice now. Both times I received excellent customer service. They didn't charge me the first time when it turned out it was just a dead battery, even after I offered to compensate for their labor just for checking. When I brought it the second time, they did everything they could to try to minimize the price for me, and gave excellent advice on how to purchase some parts cheaper myself. I am extremely grateful to have a reliable shop in the neighborhood that is run with great kindness, patience, and integrity. I will come to this shop for all my future car needs!

Great mechanic! I tried these guys out last year based on google reviews and I’m glad I did. I don’t speak Spanish so I was confused when I called and couldn’t understand the answering service, but they called me right back and set me up. I have now been to them for two oil changes and two inspections and they are fast, fairly priced, and very respectful to do business with. I am happy to recommend The Fix to my friends and family.

These guys inspected my new EV and did a great job. In the past, I’ve always taken it to a shop in Wayne, though getting it inspected here saved me the trip to the suburbs and a bunch of time. Would definitely recommend for a new EV inspection.

i had an amazing experience and really appreciate the care, transparency, and timeliness of their work! i am always nervous getting work done on my car as a young woman because folks try to up charge but that was not the case here! i needed a temporary fix and it was done within an hour. i'll 100% be back when it is time to make the permanent repair my car !

Honest and kind owners who take the time explain the issue with your car and how they’ll fix it. Also very competitively priced and fast. Happy to have found a mechanic I feel like I can trust to not price gouge.

David is a great mechanic and goes out his way to help you out and takes time to explain the issues/keep you updated on progress when parts are ordered. Works hard to return car as soon as possible and keep costs as low as possible.

I never leave reviews but I have to here. Scheduled the night before, got inspection/oil change done in about an hour, good prices, very professional. In 15 years of driving this was easily the best experience I’ve had with a mechanic, will be going back for sure.

Jr was very helpful. You can tell he’s an honest worker and has passion for what he does and helping others. Going to a car shop as a female is intimidating as is and all of the guys were very kind helpful and respectful definitely recommend

Super friendly and reliable, I've taken my car to them multiple times. When my car died recently due to an electrical issue, JR offered to let it charge at the Fix overnight so I could make it to a dealership the next day. Grateful to have this place in the neighborhood.

These guys are special, absolutely fantastic. Besides being accommodating for the normal maintenance work and flexible for scheduling, as honest as they come too. I had an oil pressure light on, and they didn't pressure me at all to use them. They were honest and said hey this is probably dealer work, but I can buy the OEM parts myself and come to them if I choose, even though it was no guarantee they'd be able to perform the work. They did, and just because the light didn't IMMEDIATELY come off, they did not charge me at all. The light went off (and stayed off) about a mile into driving. So I come back, try to pay them in full for the labor, and they said it was cool, I didn't have to, even though they still did the job right. I'm a customer for life

A good mechanic can be hard to find. I have been bringing my vehicles to the Fix for several years and have never had a bad experience. Frankly, I cannot imagine taking my car anywhere else for service. JR and his team are honest, hard working, and most importantly, very good at what they do. They communicate well, and get you back on the road quickly, and at a fair price. A true gem for anyone living in the Fishtown area. Five stars, highest possible recommendation.

I take my car, moms car and now my girlfriends car here, these guys are great. Got oil changes, inspections, installed new ac compressor, in the process of getting catalytic converter done. They are honest on what they can handle and how long it will take. Also 1 of my favorites is passing by and they have there families at the playground across the street from there shop just being neighborhood people. Keep up the good work The Fix.

I will definitely be returning! I accidentally dropped a socket into my car while changing my engine air filter and could not get it out. They not only put my car up on a lift for me and found they tool for me, they insisting on not charging me. I am happy I found a local place like this and will bring my business back for sure.

The Fix is my neighborhood car shop. JR and his team are kind and honest. They've done numerous oil changes for me, replaced a mirror, and been gracious when taking the time to explain things to me-- like the time my trunk wouldn't latch because the emergency cord was stuck down! I really appreciate these guys, their families, and their business.

I was really concerned about finding a new mechanic when my old mechanic retired. This week when I saw some random part was hanging off the bottom of my car, I panicked. A coworker recommended The Fix. As I was dropping my car off another customer told me that she always has a good experience with them and that they are trustworthy. This was the same thing my coworker said. They took care of my issue quickly. The men were friendly and professional. I really appreciate that they are a local family business. This is my new shop.

The people and service is incredible ,and there very reasonable and when they say your car will be done at what ever time it is I highly recommend them and they 100 percent honest with you about what is wrong with your car I have had my jeep and also my van and my son's car fixed there and never had a problem with there work
