Unprofessional, lacks communication and doesn’t fulfil what he promises. Will definitely NOT be using his services again and will not recommend. He advertised a deal for two termination/detailing services for a set price.. yet he only serviced my car once and when trying to set up the second service he barely communicated unless I texted him first or had excuses as to why he couldn’t come. I was flexible because things do happen but it’s been over two weeks since the first service although he said he would be back within a couple days of the first service. Now the second service is apparently conditional on whether or not I saw bugs again because he doesn’t want to come back, although he told myself and my boyfriend on separate occasions that he will perform two services, there was never an “if” or condition. He refuses to give me back some of my money even though he did not complete his job.

I had a great experience at the The Garage. The owner was helpful and good on time. I was able to get my car serviced quickly and a car wash was included, so I can get back on the road in style. I will definitely be back in the future. Good business overall.

Julian helped me out and after he finished my car looked almost brand new off the lot, He also did a great inspection of my car and told me what needs replacement in the near future, Great place to take you BMW too!

Julian is the only person I trust with my BMW, When my car was overheating due to blown turbo coolant lines, he took apart the motor and put it back together effortlessly and fixed the leak, he’s replaced several coolant hoses and has left my car running like a clock. He works fast like the flash, his prices beat going to the dealership all day long. Get’s you in and out the door, very honest and friendly guy, he’s in a very cozy spot. The Garage is the best place to go if you need repairs or maintenance for your BMW, 5 stars!

Um can I give 10 stars please ?!!! Because WOW! Hands down I will not be taking my Mercedes ANYWHERE ELSE! My car was fixed in no time. When I went to pick up my car it was in pristine condition. Great personnel, clean environment, and no one tries to rip you off. You get your moneys worth and more! Lol you might think I’m kidding but I’m so serious, I have had horrible issues with taking my Mercedes and BMW to be fixed but I have finally found the holy grail for my cars. I will only be going to “The Garage Auto Services” from here on out. 100% 10/10!!!

Would honestly trust this Gentleman with my eyes closed. I arrived with my car barely wanting to start and instead of Trying to upsell me on other issues with my car he took care of the issues and that was it. Also fairly priced. Could not complain.
