I recently had a downpipe installed on my X3 and hired The Garage to do the work. Cody handled the transaction and one of his mechanics performed the installation. The job was completed in about 3 hours and I am extremely satisfied with the workmanship. However, what I was not happy about was the cost of labor. I was charged over $780 (before 15% military discount ) in labor only for a job that took 3 hours. I provided all of the parts and performed the Stage 2 flash myself with my own license. I spoke to Cody about the cost and he stated that’s what we had agreed upon when we discussed it a few weeks prior. It was a verbal agreement of which I didn’t remember the details of the cost being that high. Lesson learned that I will ensure to get a written quote from now on BEFORE the work is started. Unfortunately, I will probably no longer do business with the Garage. I’ll give The Garage 3 out of 5 stars: 2 stars for labor rate and 5 stars for quality of service.

Honest and professional. I brought my 2017 330e here for a second opinion after Firestone said I needed new CV axels, $3700. The garage inspector said no, just needed new tires due to a slipped belt. The Garage doesn’t even do tires, but they were honest that tires were all that was needed. So glad a local garage is so honest.

These guys are studs! I brought in my BMW while their shop was getting remodeled, they let me drop it off and expertly diagnosed what my issue was quickly. I never once felt like they were trying to upsell me or like I was being mislead. Not only was it a big project to get my car back in shape but they kept it well within budget and I was able to get more done then expected. I will be bringing my car back to these guys everytime it needs work. Cost effective, quality work, professional. Thank you.

Hello all got my breaks and an oil change done by Shane and Cody boy let me tell you this was the best repair shop i have ever been to and i am in my late 50's. Told them what i wanted got the work done no upselling at all everyone needs to see these guys and keep them real busy Thanks all of you.

So this shop gave me a good price quote (for a transmission replacement), and then they were able to come in under that. They also took care of some other issues I had been putting off, and I asked for. They stayed late to ensure my car was ready for the holiday weekend! The communication was great every step of the way, with no surprises. This will be my new go-to shop for repairs. go-to. Even though it wasn't a German car, they did a great job! They meet and exceeded my expectations.

I started getting some minor noise from a front wheel on my pickup. I figured it was time to change the brake pads and rotors. Over the next 3 days the noise went from minor to horrific! I thought it might be worse than just brakes. I got a good recommendation on a new shop near me and I didn’t want to get in over my head so I dropped it off over night. Next day I got a call that it was just pads and rotors. They did a full inspection under there to make sure. They easily could have said it was much worse so I appreciate an honest mechanic. Great communication, fast turn around and an honest shop. Can’t ask for anything more. Highly recommend.

These guys definitely know what they are doing! If you have a German car, you’ll def want these guys in your corner contact list. They specialize in German engineering, but can tackle any automotive needs you may have! Shane and Cody will take great care of you!

This location of The Garage just opened! They were super helpful!!! Checked out my car, determined some minor issues (fixed them) & shared with me some items that will need to be fixed soon, but not urgent. I truly appreciate their honesty & recommend this shop highly!!!! I’ll be back soon to complete necessary work and I’ll know my car is in great hands & at an affordable price!!
