Simply. The. Best. I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Top customer service. Tip top repair quality. Flexible scheduling. I went there with parts and they have been willing to put them in but without any given guarantee, this was years ago and the work they did until today lasted. I also love how transparent and honest they went over the pricing, for example when I needed just the ball joint replaced they recommended getting the whole control arm ensembly, though the part costs will be higher (we talking minimally, like not more than $50), the labor therefore would be easier and faster, meaning less cost and ultimately saving me $50. I trust them a great deal and wish I'd be still living in that area to go there.

I noticed my brakes were making squeaky noises, so I reached out to this shop. Amazing place, The owner is such a great guy and have the knowledge of decades in the automotive industry and can source out parts that regular corporate shops will not even touch. I had a great experience with this shop. They were expedient with getting repairs done and charged a competitive rate. They kept me up to date with what was going on (clear communication) and they even let me source my own parts so I could save some cash and time by getting a rebuilt fuse box. My car is doing great now and these guys will be first in line if I need to go to the shop again!

Took my car here about 4 months ago for one part that I already knew needed to be fixed. While I was there they told me I needed a couple other things to be replaced and I agreed to that because it sounded reasonable. I had to go back 2 weeks later because the car started making the same sounds it made before it was "fixed" and they charged even more to fix it again, which is ridiculous. Not even 2 months later my car once again started making the same sounds and running terribly. I ended up having to take it somewhere else and pay more just to work on issues that this garage claimed they fixed. Ever since I took my car here I've had nothing but problems that I'm still having to deal with.

I recently took my 2013 Buick LaCrosse to The Garrage LLC, located at 311 NE Shaver St, Portland, OR 97212, to have the compressor replaced so my air conditioner would work again. The team did a fantastic job! They completed the work quickly and for a significantly lower price compared to my regular dealership. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. A++! I just had my 2016 Jeep Wrangler worked on by the people at The Garage. Absolutely great service and prices. I had my car checked out by another company and they told me so many things that needed fixed but the people at the Garage showed me where some of the things were just fine. Very trustworthy people. Allen and Artur the two brothers that run the place, can’t recommend them any more. I found my new maintenance guys.

Art is the guy, my Subarus. If you want quality head gasket job on your Subaru, this is the place. Head gaskets & timing belt are completed & runs like a champ now. No more coolant in the oil. All cleaned.

Someone decided to drill a hole in my gas tank. I called the garage and asked if I could bring my car in to get looked at, they were booked all day but said they could squeeze me in since my car damage was a hazard. Not only did they inspect my car fast, but they fixed my gas tank within the same day! Great service.

I have all my car needs handled at The Garage Llc. Working with them has been the best decision I have ever made. They are totally invested in giving you a great running vehicle. From the body to the interior and especially the engine, to my tires. The Garage Llc. has kept everything in tip top shape. They are truly accommodating and understanding. Loved my experience with the Garage. Transparent, Great communication through the process. Had my belts snap on my Bmw which took out power steering and radiator house.
