Communication was fantastic during the whole experience with text and links outlining findings. Went in for diagnostics and got everything I was hoping for. I have a clear understanding of what I could or should do with my vehicle as well as a clear picture of what it would cost to move forward.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. These guys are scam artists. I went in to get a bearing fixed in an emergency situation when I was driving across country. I agreed to pay $200 for an estimate which I am against, but as I said emergency, and they quoted me $3500 minimum to get my car safely drivable. I brought my car to fine-tuned auto in Aurora instead, and I can't say enough good things about them.Not only did they tell me that the other issues present were not safety concerns, but that my car actually looked pretty good, considering its age, it's an18 year old Volvo. Take your business elsewhere, these guys are scammers.

My 15 Touareg needed a head gasket and after contacting multiple shops (some not even returning my calls) I settled on Import Mechanics. Not only was Nile extremely informative and upfront me , he was completely honest at all times about the process and costs. I was updated throughout the repair and as the disassembly occurred and additional costs where found, everything was explained and detailed. I am now 125 miles into driving after a full upper end rebuild and couldn't be happier. Thank you to the team! This team is extremely honest, professional and knowledgeable. I will happily be bringing all my European Vehicles here!

Been bringing my cars to the Import Mechanics for years now. They take great care of my car and are very thorough. They take the time to explain things to me as I know nothing about cars. My boyfriend and his brother also bring their cars here. Highly recommend the Import Mechanics!

So far, so good, my old mini cooper is running better. They got it done in a timely manner as well. Would go back. It is nice to know all that is wrong with the car; however somethings seem to be a bit pricey and I’d said yes to everything they say needs to be done I’d be out 5k. I do totally understand that mechanics also need to make a profit and pay employees.

Thank you for this opportunity. Bill Darling is a diamond in the rough and I'm grateful he is still in your employment, albeit, semi retired. I still have a leak under the car but certainly no where near what it was. I'm anxious to visit with him personally, in a couple of weeks to ask him to explain what he did to my car.
