Took my new 2020 750xi here for a purchase inspection. Told them upfront the secondary battery was likely bad that was causing a few known faults that comes with it. Upon pick up they tried to sell me that the steering rack was bad based on the fault the bad battery gave them when pulling into the bay. They then said they "heard" grinding noises during operation and implied since the front tire was changed a year ago, and a little curb rash on the bumper that someone MUST have damaged it. When I asked if there was physical damage they said no....weird. I had BMW inspect the car the next day and they found absolutely NOTHING wrong with the steering rack, and the noise they were trying to pass off as "grinding" was normal operation sounds of the gears. Replaced the secondary battery and no more errors. This shop tried to sell me a 8k steering rack based on a battery error I told them about prior to inspection. Serious integrity issues with this shop

After having multiple disappointing and frustrating experiences having my car serviced at BMW Rochester, I was lucky enough to find The Little Speed Shop. The customer service was fantastic! I was given so much helpful information on the set of tires I purchased and alternatives to the “run flat” tires I had. I never felt like I was being pressured to buy. I will definitely be using these guys from now on!

I’ve been a customer of The Little Speed Shop since 2009. Over the years I’ve gone through, and collected, too many cars. TLSS is my go to shop, even for brand new, high-end cars. From a vintage pickup truck to a Vespa scooter; they have handled every issue I’ve thrown at them. From simple oil changes to rebuilding rusted brake lines on an old Land Rover, to replacing a driveline on a Nissan GT-R. What matters to me is trust and honesty. I believe that is why they have been so successful at TLSS. Your ten year old pickup gets the same passionate care as the person with a Porsche or BMW M car. We are fortunate in Rochester to have such a shoo with integrity and such broad capability.

The October Halloween Themed “Cars & Coffee” event was a Family Friendly event that highlighted incredible cars, but a fun friendly atmosphere for everyone , car geek or not! The Guys & Gals at The Little Speed Shop are Gracious Hosts. It’s obvious by the showing of their Loyal Clients, that there is nowhere else to have your Hot Rod serviced and/or modified!

This was my first time at this establishment but I couldn’t be happier. Before I brought my 2004 BMW Z4 back up north from Florida, I was extremely dissatisfied in being told the leak was fixed when clearly it wasn’t. The Little Speed Shop came highly recommended from a good friend and my daughter, who knows the owner and others. Those recommendations were worth following…,and they did not disappoint. They were friendly, highly knowledgeable and did a great job diagnosing the source of the leak as well as suggesting other issues with the car that will need to be addressed in the future. I like that they are upfront, informing me of what the costs will be next spring when the car comes back out on the road. I’m very grateful that I went there and highly recommend you entrust your foreign vehicle with them too.

All I can say is they did a great job with my Volkswagen Jetta, didn't know anything about the Jetta,they took Good care of it,still more to be done,but they made sure it passed inspection, overall I'm happy,well worth it,thank you guys for helping me out with my Volkswagen Jetta.

I brought my Jetta in for a transmission service and I left extremely satisfied with the work done. Steve, the service manager, was very pleasant on the phone and even gave me some knowledge about the work being done on my car. The car is shifting as crisp as ever, so if you are in need of transmission servicing, I would definitely bring your car here.

TLSS got me out of a Jam! Went to the Glen on a Sunday and turned some laps. I ended up wearing into the steel on the left rear tire. The problem? I have a very important business meeting for a new consultation/partnership gig on Tuesday, and the meeting is an hour and a half one way. Making it worse, I have an Alfa Giulia on 19's with run flats. TLSS was able to find 2 tires, and get me in on a Monday afternoon and get my tires all set and setup to get to my meeting safely. My buddies who work there in the shop were even able to come out and chat a few, and all the other staff was wonderful. Good Energy at a Good Shop

The Little Speed Shop fixed a coolant leak, but at a very expensive price. The service was friendly, but delayed because the VW technician did not show up for the first day of service.

Got tires from tire rack. The little speed shop was on their list of installers. Decided to have them detail my 2019 Jetta with ceramic coating. They got me in within a week for both. They take their time to do everything right...Jetta needed extra attention on detailing. Best part so far the staff is very attentive and focused on customer service. Was treated like million dollar client even with my 2019 Jetta. I use to go to dealer, both didn't tighten lugs, f'd up girlfriend s front suspension. Had it redo elsewhere going have speed shop check the work!
