I would absolutely recommend anyone to go to Jordan & his team at The Loft! Jordan has helped me with a nightmare I went through with a build I started at another shop & I am filled with regret that I didn’t go to his shop to begin with. Nonetheless, Jordan took his time explaining everything to me & and got my 16 Sti Tuned & running better than ever! Big Thank you to The Loft Performance Team!!

Great staff. Great work. Willing to replace my whole brake system without an appointment as a new customer and talked to me about what's wrong with the car, what can be done, how much it will cost and some fun things to do to the engine. Will definitely be going back for some performance work next time.

Jordan is amazing. For one my subaru forester feels brand new again. I emailed him my issues and concerns and what I was hoping he could check for me on my car, we set up an appointment, dropped the car off and he called me when he was in the middle of working on it, just to give me an update on everything going and what his plans were with parts. I definitely will be using The Loft Performance for my Subaru and letting all friends and family know to use him. He 100% is an honest guy and you'll be missing out if you decide to take it anywhere else. Thank you again Jordan.

My review is a little late since it’s been 6 months since I got the car back after Jordan rebuilt the motor. First off, communication was outstanding. Jordan was a middle man between a dealership and myself to get my BRZs motor rebuilt and he stayed honest with me, kept me informed about anything the dealership said, and overall was a good shop to work with. Secondly, the work they did was great. I’ve had the car back 6 months now and haven’t had any issues. I took it to Arizona and back with no problems at all. Jordan is a solid dude with a lot of knowledge on Subarus and I would (and have already) definitely recommend this shop to be the place to go.

These guys are the best in the business! Jordan and Brandon are great mechanics who will take care of your car as if it were their own. They never try to upsell you, do work that isn't agreed upon first, and they never make you feel inadequate for asking questions about the process. They pride themselves on great quality work, good pricing, and always communicate timelines and feedback on your vehicle. Whether it's a daily driver, a street car, or even a quarter-mile race car, they've got you covered. They do tuning, motors, transmissions, brakes, and oil changes – no job is too big or small for these two guys. They specialize in Subarus and Mitsubishis, but can always accommodate a client with another brand. Honestly, I'm selfish and don't want to share my mechanics, but it's a disservice to not have these guys take care of your cars. I have kids, and my car transports not only them but also my wife. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to work on my Subaru than these guys.

I have only positive things to say about Jordan and his team at The Loft. I took my 1st gen Toyota 86 to get supercharged and to upgrade a few other things like cooling and suspension. Jordan is extremely knowledgeable on these platforms and he did a fantastic job on sourcing and installing the parts. We ran into a few snags near the end, but Jordan always kept me updated and was always transparent with what needed to happen. He and his team have given me complete confidence in his shop and they got a customer for life. Would absolutely recommend these guys for any subie needs, and I will be coming back for all my future upgrades.

I had some issues with my STI and it's hard to find a Subaru specialist around SD and didn't want to go to a Subaru dealership as we all know they will overcharge you till they make you broke. I was very lucky to have find Loft Performance and spoke to Jordan about the issues. He's easy to talk to, very honest, provided top tier customer service, and more importantly he's very knowledgeable and knows his Subies. He and his team diagnose the issue, replaced the clutch and throughout the process, he kept me in the loop. And to top it off, he gave the best price for all parts and did an amazing job! Now my STI runs like its brand new, and I couldn't be much happier! The quality of work is exceptional, and the completion of the job is impeccable! For now on, Jordan and his team at Loft Performance will be my go-to shop and the ONLY shop that I'll be going to for any type of work that I need done for my car. I highly recommend Loft Performance and trust me, you will definitely be at ease, satisfied, and much happier with the time, effort, and work they put into your car than any other shops in SD.

Jordan clearly knows his business and Subaru’s! I had a major issue with my Outback and instead of spending a bunch of time and money fixing he advised me that it was time to trade it in and get a new Outback. Most shops and dealers only replace parts and know little about the inner workings of an engine knowing when it’s time to move on. He’s honest and knowledgeable, a rare commodity these days!

10/10 Recommend. Always been a challenge for me to find a good, honest and reliable shop. A friend of mine showed me their page, so I decided to give them a call for my 2010 Subaru STI. Jordan was very professional and flexible with my chaotic work schedule and got me in. When I went in to get my exhaust replaced due to leaks as well as the front control arms and trans/dif fluid change, Jordan answered all my questions and help me clearly understand the issues. To top it off, he was able to diagnose other issues not found/mentioned by the other shops/dealerships I had been to. Safe to say I’ll be coming back for more work to be done!

As an owner of a Subaru WRX I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Jordan messaged me back on his off day to schedule an emergency oil change for the next day and his team was super welcoming and informative. We got the oil changed and then the boys and I talked cars and wraps for a bit and what my next mods could be. 11/10 I'll be back!

I have a 2019 Subaru WRX and have gone to Jordan, owner of The Loft Performance multiple times. I have received the following services: oil change, the 60k maintenance service, replaced my break pad with new rotors, installed exhaust, boost control, cold air intake, spark plugs, side skirts, etc. I was also able to get a pro-tune and now a Stage 1. I ask a lot of questions, and he has been very patient with me and explaining things in a way I understand. Since going to Jordan, I have not gone anywhere else. I have recommended him to a few people and they all have a good experience. I moved away but still drive over an hour to have him work on my car since he is the only person I trust. Thanks Jordan for all your help! My build wouldn’t be what it is without you!

Came in to remove my old downpipe and get a new one installed. Old dealership that installed my aftermarket downpipe overtightened it far to much but Jordan put the extra time in to get it removed on such short notice. On top of that the whole experience was pleasant. He even helped obtaining an oem downpipe in record time to help me get ready for smog. My friend recommended me this shop and all we can say is this will be our only shop we will go to for automotive work for the amazing and professional service. So thankful they are here.

I've gone to Loft Performance for most of my work for my 2013 WRX Hatch. I've got my clutch replaced, injectors installed, fenders rolled, fuel pump replaced, and an oil change. Everytime I've got anything done, Jordan and Brandon have been extremely professional and transparent about their intentions. Their quality of work is exceptional and completed in a timely manner. Highly experienced mechanics who are able to perform high/low level repairs and installations at competitive rates!! I'm really lucky to have found this shop and I will go to them for all future major upgrades/repairs. Loft Performance are able to work around your schedule and I'm extremely pleased from my experience and now my WRX runs so beautifully after a tune by Sean from Mo Betta Tuning.

The owner was very attentive to my needs very last minute! He even stayed after hours to make sure the job was done perfect. I was on the road on vacation and needed help and guidance on a weekend and he called the shop I needed to take one of my other cars to and made sure I wasnt getting taken advantage of! That is above and beyond the call of duty! i highly recommend his company and his contacts! 10 stars if allowed!

These guys are insanely talented when it comes to the Subaru and Evo platforms. The FA20 in my BRZ had been down for a year and a half and these guys helped me get her up and running. They are all about doing things right the first time and not cutting any corners which I respect in this industry. They also will take the time to explain the why behind their recommendations or services if you are interested or don't fully understand something. Awesome shop to work with, I will definitely be bringing my car back if anything comes up!

This shop is spectacular. I had an exhaust leak on my 2015 Scion FR-S that was unable to be found by multiple shops, including myself. This shop was happy to help diagnose my exhaust leak and also find other issues with my car as well. Excellent customer service and also quick. Would definitely recommend this place and will be returning in the future.
