I was extremely pleased with the service I received from The M Shop. They do require an appointment, but were very welcoming. They ensured to explain the issues of my car thoroughly and kept me informed with updates. Joe also informed me certain emission component's still had warranty from the manufacturer and he didn’t try to upsell other services for my car. They were accommodating and responsive to my questions. I was very impressed by their shop being clean and organized. Overall the whole team offered excellent customer service and most of all, Honesty. I highly recommend this shop! Thank you Joe for taking care of my 2011 328i Coupe.

The M shop is a gem of place along with Jake! Everyone there was extremely helpful, and on top of that very honest and very resourceful when explaining our car issues and our concerns and what they think is the best course. Car troubles are the worst and having to hope you can trust the person that is looking at your car is stressful, but I’m so glad my husband decided to go to the M Shop. They gave us peace of mind about our car situation! I definitely recommend them and hopefully you’ll meet Jake and have him help you out and you’ll know what I’m talking about!

What a wonderful experience I just had at the M Shop. They really have something special going on there. Doesn’t feel like your typical dirty mechanic shop. Jake is AWESOME. So warm and friendly. He gave me great advice about my BMW X5 and was extremely helpful. He checked out my car quickly and gave me amazing customer service. Not to mention the inner room was super cozy and had a bunch of cool BMW collectors items. The people running this shop are doing a great job. If you have a BMW, go here! And don’t forget to ask for Jake! He’s the man!

I’ve going to this shop for over a decade. Honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. I’ve recommended this shop to my closest friends. Highly recommend. I’d be heart broken if I had to take my MINI anywhere else.

Repeat customer here. Just had my brake pads and rotors changed along with other work and experienced great service as always. Jon and his team are so professional and timely with handling repairs and providing updates. Also, they always say what is necessary and what can wait. Thankful for their expertise, honesty, and service. Will be back!

Called the shop and asked them to put in a FRM module and told them all I needed was an install... a guy named Jake told me he needed to adjust it after he installed it... I told him its repaired and didnt need any additional work and I asked him why and he never gave me a reason... he kept saying he needed to do computer work on it after ... I asked "what computer work" then he told me I wouldnt understand and then he hung up on me after saying he's charge me $350 for the install and "computer work" .... i got it done at another shop for $140 and took 10 minutes... it works fine on the drive home... all they did was plug in 3 cables... ask questions at this shop or they will try and maximize profit

Came in for a last minute diagnostic code check on a car I'm selling and they were able to help me on the spot with a reading. Super grateful! I also have a good buddy who get's their mini worked on here and they love the spot.

Hands down the best place to get your BMW worked on. The M Shop is still operated by the original owner, Joe, who truly loves the cars that come into his shop. I recently had my 2017 M240i xdrive worked on by Joe and his team at The M Shop – I knew it needed a lot of work before I left it with them as I had already had it diagnosed at the dealership in Valencia. Joe treated me like family and from the first time we spoke after he examined my car, I completely trusted him to do the repairs he thought were necessary. His inspection picked up everything the dealership did, only Joe and his crew had my car running like new in no time and my total bill came in at a tiny fraction of what the dealership quoted me for the work. I kid you not, my first time taking my car to The M Shop saved me nearly six thousand dollars. I will never take my car anywhere else again. The whole team at The M Shop is extremely professional and friendly and they run a clean and honest operation. If you are like me and sometimes worry about getting taken advantage of when having your car repaired, you simply don’t need to worry about that with The M Shop – they are way too good at what they do to need to squeeze extra money out of a job. I can’t recommend them enough; just try sending your vehicle to them next time you need work done and you will understand what I mean. I went to Mshop today to have my brake pads replaced. My car only has 20,000 miles on it. Jack is a very nice guy. Unfortunately, I feel I was fooled by his good manners. My BMW dealership in Newport Beach sent me a quotation that was only 450 dollars. I wanted to pay less, that's why I went there. My car rotor needs to be replaced at 70,000 miles, but they claimed to replace it at 20,000 miles, which has no justification in terms of BMW standards. I paid them more than 900 dollars instead of 450 dollars of the most expensive BMW dealership in the California. I am not satisfied at all. I can say I am shocked. I recommend that you be very careful.

M Shop is the best. They are straight shooters and help you decide what is critical and what is recommended on your BMW. They do great work. They don’t teach you how to avoid crashing your car, but when you do, they keep it running.

These folks have been taking care of my car for over 15 years now and they have *always* done an excellent job. They are thorough, honest, always perform the work within the quoted price and time frame. I will always remember the time when I showed up late one evening with a dead battery and Joe replaced my battery even though the shop had already closed. These folks are truly the best in the business--I have absolutely no hesitation recommending them to anyone who owns a BMW or Mini. The only thing is that they are very busy so call them in advance to make an appointment.

Besides BMW Dealer (if money no problem;) I highly recommend these guys. Matt and nice Joe are super. I always do my home work on-line, know the parts prices, so basically it all boils down to labor. If they are going to spend 5/6 hours they expect $400-500 labor. $75/Hour is the standard anyways. Whether they know your German machine and time required for execution is what sets them apart from others. For comparison- leaking Power steering Hoses may cost only $30 a piece and Front control Polyurethane arm bushings only $60 a kit (Even branded Moog) but ask for the prices including labor around and you will know what I am talking about. First of all most won't like to give quotes on precisely described job. They want patient in the operation theater first. Anyways, without giving price details, I will tell you this - Taylor Pomona was close to double the price of M-Shop guys of Eagle Rock and these 2 are the closest to me anyways I live 60-80 miles away. Only 1 star less is for location as my whole day is devoted to this so I ask them little discount, which they give happily. With Power steering leakage stopped and new bushings ride will be tighter than ever. May be they should give a loaner for jobs over $400 or something... I challenge any one to beat M-Shop. How about replacing lower ball joints of 525i...Long Live M-Shop!! Tell them you read my review and they will be even more nicer to you!!!!

M Shop is the best BMW workshop! Joe and his staff (Paulo, John, and everyone) are very skilled, friendly, and run an honest business. I have never worried about my car in the past 15 years because of this facility.

These guys are so talented, they could have terrible customer service and I’d still bring my BMWs here. But they’re actually super organized, timely and responsive on top of being killer mechanics. The wait for scheduling my appointment was absolutely worth it. Once it was in the shop they turned it around quick. Full inspection, complete service, new suspension setup, brakes & rotors and a list of next steps within a couple days. Estimate was accurate, billing was transparent and detailed. Cannot recommend them enough. Salamat, Jon!
