LOVE this place!! When you’re new to an area, you really don’t know who to call for good HONEST services at fair prices. They got me in quickly, listened to everyone of my concerns, called me with options after checking my car out, and were very honest when I asked what they’d recommend of from the options. ****NOTE: I noticed when reading reviews that someone said they only work on 2010 cars & up…this cannot be so, because mine is a 2007. They also even checked in on me a couple days after I picked my car up to make sure everything was ok!🙏🏻 I’m very happy, and will definitely be back!! Do not hesitate to call them for your auto repair needs.😇 **EDIT 8/9/24 I had heard a new hissing sound and my check engine light was on. I called in, was told what day to bring it- and found that the part I needed was no longer made by GM. The mechanic literally made a part for my car and my total bill was less than $100. My check engine light is off now, the hissing has stopped, and my 18-year-old car is running like a dream!! I LOVE this place!! 🙏🏻😍😍

If you need a mechanic, go to THE MASTERS TOUCH AUTOMOTIVE. They just fixed my Volkswagen for $200. The first shop I took it to (who I won’t name) told me I needed a new engine and water pump and it would take over a week to do at $250 an hour. The Masters Touch diagnosed and repaired it in less than a day. Turned out to be a water outlet issue. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Honest people doing honest work! Thank you!

I was very pleased with my experience here. Woman who answered the phone was very patient and helpful in my initial inquiry. I scheduled an appointment quickly for my car to be serviced. They have an app that allows you to see what needs to be fixed and the costs, as well as approve the service from the app. The price was reasonable compared to the dealership. They specialized in Volvos but were able to fix my dodge same day. I would definitely recommend giving them a call if your vehicle needs service.

I brought my 1997 honda civic to get oil leaks repaired. They charged me about 800 for two seal replacements and I think it's a fair price. After the initial repair it was still leaking oil. However, they made it right! They took it in a second time and fixed the last of the leaking at no extra charge. I'm a happy customer! On a small side note to the owner, your office could use some cleaning and tidying up. The Master's Touch is an honest mechanic that does good work, recommended.

My best friend recommended this place, so that deserved at least a 4 star. He's pretty good at letting me know of good places. They were professional, patient with me when i was on a time crunch to get things situated on my car. They were ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. Not only did I get great service but they had an opening to get me situated the same day when my regular garage and another couldn't get me in until a month or two out. They were empathetic and professional through and through. Much respect to all of them.

Scheduled an appointment for service in advance for 100K maintenance and other minor issues. Master’s Touch performed all required maintenance checks and research a strange issue where the system was reporting the car needed a quart of oil added multiple times since the last oil change. They identified a Volvo Service bulletin on this issue requiring changing the oil viscosity to use from 0W30 to 0W20, replacing the Oil trap assembly and a software update. In addition to that good find, He identified a broken Engine Mount. I was able to get the necessary services done the same day as promised and will follow-up on som that could wait. They provided information on the risks of waiting without high pressure sales tactics often employed by dealerships. Master’s Touch Staff are experts on Volvo repairs. I highly recommend them.

This is updated from the 4 stars i gave it. This place neeeds to check AND double check their diagnostics . I paid for service that wasn't needed. Then after the work is done and paid for, they retract the original findings, telling you " it wasn't that problem, it's this problem. It will cost extra dollars more." Be careful having your car serviced here.

Was driving through ABQ on a roadtrip when I realized I needed to get the oil leak on my Volvo repaired before I could go any further. The Master's Touch got me in that morning and back out the door an hour or so later with an easy fix that the shop in Durango couldnt seem to figure out as well as a very fair price! They saved my roadtrip and I couldnt be happier with their service!

Volvo was diagnosed with issues that were preexisting from previous attempts to get vehicle serviced. All issues were described to me and fixed. Older vehicle-- so not running like new, but pretty darn close--REALLY good. Very happy with results of service! Fair, competitive rates. Volvos are not cheap to fix so go where you get what you pay for--The Master's Touch!
