We have used Master’s Touch for all of our vehicle needs for several years. Randy and Chris are always very professional, knowledgeable, and do great work at a fair price. We have found them to be honest and trustworthy, and always finish the job in a timely manner. It is invaluable to have a mechanic you trust so that when issues come up, there is no question where to take your vehicle. We are customers for life!

They took advantage of me as a woman and told me my car had problems that it didn't. The only reason this place has 5 stars is because if you leave them a good review they'll give you a free oil change.

Great shop! Dealer estimated 2 days to replace a thermostat, these guys got it done in 5 hours, and slightly under the estimate. Will go back again. Friendly staff.

I cannot tell you how excited I am to find a local shop in Fort Worth to work on my Cadillac XT5. I have always taken my car to be serviced at a Cadillac dealership, however my check engine light came on and the dealership quoted me a crazy amount of money to fix it. I googled shops in the area that specialized in Cadillacs and called around. I was fortunate enough to speak to the owner, Randy, and he was so kind and genuine. He said he could get my car in the next day and have it fixed for a much more reasonable amount and that's exactly what happened. When I picked my car up, I was able to have great conversation with Randy and now I have a local repair shop that I will always go to and recommend to my friends.

When I called Master’s Touch for a ballpark on the work I needed, Chris told me they don’t give ballparks. Then proceeded to tell me exactly what it would cost me to the penny. The work was done within the time they quoted me. I am thrilled that I found them and won’t have to go to the dealer anymore. I think they are kind of amazing.

They are honest and trust worthy. They never try to upsell or tell you to fix things that you don't need. I've been taking both of my cars here and they are always quick and affordable. Definitely recommend and wouldn't go any other place in the area.

As my wife was on her way to church, she called me, saying our Toyota Corolla was shaking and driving hard. I packed up our 6-month-old and went to pick her up. Many people at our church recommended The Master's Touch Professional Auto Repair. Never having been there, I was met with kindness from Chris, who told me they would diagnose the issue and call me the same day with a solution and price. We are very happy with the service we received and now have a mechanic that we trust! I would recommend The Master's Touch to anyone and everyone!

I recently broke down in Fort Worth on my home to Houston. I had my car towed to a dealership, in the end the estimate was outrageous and I contacted The Masters touch, spoke to Chris he was amazing in helping to get my car towed and diagnosed quickly. The diagnoses was not even what we were told, had my car fixed in two days at a fraction of the cost. Chris handled my problem from the moment we spoke until I picked up my car with professionalism and class. I would recommend this shop to friends and family.

I took my Mazda in for repairs. I took them in to get a second opinion after what the first shop quoted me for repairs. Everyone I spoke with was extremely respectful and they were very communicative throughout the repairs. Will absolutely be bringing my business back to them. Highly recommend!

I will highly recommend you all that if you want to get your vehicle serviced here "Do it " Randy is honest he does not cut corners or fix something that you really don't need. I took my vehicle in for a vacuum leak his mechanic found it and Randy escorted me to the bay where my vehicle was and showed me the problem and told me how much it would cost to fix it which was a really good price. I say this at last this will be my shop from now on.

My experience was awesome! I towed my car to Master's Touch due to engine issues. I drive a Hyundai and they are having problems with the motor seizing up. It ended up being a manufacturer's warranty and I had to take it to a Hyundai dealership. Randy really helped me out!! He was so pleasant and professional! He provided assistance getting my car transferred and worked with my warranty company to ensure a seamless process! I really appreciated his hard work and would definitely recommend Master Touch to anyone! They now have a customer for life! Thanks so much Randy and team!!

They have taken care of my needs to my car for years now. And every time we need them they have been there for us. Attention to detail and calling me with updates more than once a day is by far the best . Everyone there is great but Chris is amazing. Kuddos to Masters touch. Definitely will be our one shop stop.

Went to multiple shops and couldn’t get my ac in my truck to work properly. I came back here because we’ve came here before and they fixed the problem and I haven’t had any issues since. I will always come to Masters touch auto and recommend them to anyone in need because they always get the job done at a great price. Any time I have to bring a vehicle to this shop I know I’m going to get the best service and they will do everything they can to make sure the problem gets fixed.

I would give these guys a 10 but I can’t. Go and talk to Chris and he will get you right. I went in for one problem but he called me back and he helped me figure out a perfect plan to get everything in need done at a great price. First timer but ill be back !

I brought my 2017 Honda Pilot in for a B1 service as prompted by the screen on my dashboard. I talked with Chris, who was both professional and very courteous, and he offered me great advice on some work I was doing on my own with another car of mine. They had the service done within the next day and for a very fair price. I believe this is a trustworthy shop and I will definitely continue doing business with them!

I have had the succinct pleasure of dealing with Randy and Chris and the other associates at The Master's Touch for several years now..and I can say with complete sincerity that frankly no one else will touch my vehicles..yes I have spent a good deal of money with them servicing 2 very old vehicles over the past few years..but that's my choice..I abhore debt.. so of course it goes without saying that if I'm going to spend the money necessary to keep a 20 plus years old vehicle in top condition to have a reliable source of transportation.. I'm going to be very careful with whom I choose to do the required maintenance..and THAT is why I choose The Master's Touch..I KNOW that the work will be done correctly and conscientiously with no surprises that one might encounter at other shops or the STEALERSHIPS.. AND if by chance they find something else that needs to be done..I trust their judgement and understand that they really have my best interests in mind and aren't just trying to sale me on some unnecessary repairs.. THAT buys peace of mind..and you can't beat that!👍

My Chevy Silverado was experiencing an ac problem and it was going into power saving mode. I took my truck to Bruce lowrie. Which they had my truck for a week only to tell me they could not detect what was wrong with my truck. I was told about Masters Touch. I called and talked to Chris. He told me to bring it in and they would check it out and let me know what the problems were. Within a day Chris called and had both of my problems diagnosed and with my approval fixed and ready to go before the end of the workday. Masters Touch is A Top Notch Auto Repair Shop and Chris is very knowledgeable and helpful. You guys have my business from now on. Thanks again👍🏽👍🏽

My truck has 219,000 miles. It needed some work. Engine light was on. Have been looking for a place I could maybe get the engine changed when it failed. I thought the time may have come. I called the Masters Touch and they actually answered the telephone. Hardly anyone answers a phone these days. We had a great conversation and stopped by that afternoon. I asked them go over the truck completely while they had it. I just needed a few things done to bring my truck to get it back to normal. Did not need an engine. They found things that I had forgot and repaired those items as well. I could go on about the masters touch but I have not received this kind of service for a long time. You need talk them about your car or truck. They will take care of you. They were able to get my repairs done within a couple of days. There were a few repairs that were needed. Such a timely diagnosis and repair by these guys here!! Brought my Chevy captiva in to have my AC checked out. They were able to get me in and out rather quickly completely rebuilt AC system just in time for Texas summer temperatures! Would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and reasonable auto repair shop.

I brought my Duramax in for maintenance (transmission fluid exchange). The service was professional, fast and the price paid for what I needed was fair. Their main tech knows what he is doing and I would not have any reservations about letting him work on any of my vehicles.

It's so hard to find an honest and competent mechanic. We tried many different mechanics for a long time. When we took one of our cars to Masters Touch a few years ago, we were delighted and we haven't gone anywhere else since then. I like that they provide experienced advice about replacement parts that might be worth upgrading for longevity / performance reasons. But they also advised and provided me less expensive options when the parts are unnecessarily over-priced. I am very happy with the service I get from them.

The Master's Touch worked on the brakes on my 2001 Honda. It is old and high mileage. It took alot of hard work and time to get all four of my brakes working properly. The owener Randy made sure that the job was done excellently. I will forever remain a dedicated customer.
