Ernesto really came through for me a few months ago when I really need a new full set. He had 4 tires, all 90% tread and took care of it no issue. By far the most affordable and pleasant experience. He was very friendly, and genuinely liked helping people with their cars. I will go back, and have already recommended him to others. Greatest tire place in town!!

I can't recommend this tire shop enough! Ernesto's honesty and expertise truly set this place apart. When I came in needing a tire replacement before a 600-mile trip, I expected a quick sale. Instead, Ernesto took the time to educate me about the importance of matching tire tread patterns for optimal vehicle performance and safety. Rather than selling me one of his tires (which he had in stock and were suitable for my car), Ernesto advised me to go to Walmart to find a tire with the exact same tread pattern as my existing ones. He explained that mismatched treads could cause issues during my long journey. This level of integrity is rare these days. Ernesto prioritized my safety over making a quick sale. His knowledge about tire safety and willingness to share it, even when it didn't benefit him financially, was impressive.

Literally the best place the best guys ever. Tried going to a discount tire shop since I had a 10 hour drive ahead of me, but they’re closed on Sundays. Got there and they were already set up for me, immediately started on my tires and legit told what was wrong and gave me his recommendation. Such an amazing experience especially as a girl, it can be nerve wracking but seriously such good guys, such a good experience, great tires, such a great deal! Highly recommend!!!! Anytime any day.

Discovered a flat (embedded screw) late Saturday night. Took the tire off the vehicle and stopped by another shop first, who said they could not repair the flat due to proximity to the sidewall. I brought it by the Pacific Tire Shop, and the owner gave me an honest assessment about his likelihood of successfully being able to patch the flat. I decided to give it a shot, and he did a very timely repair and was able to achieve a nice seal. The tire has held up well for the past few days, and I am very happy with the professional, prompt, and fairly priced service provided. FYI--Cash only business, so keep that in mind/be prepared.

Great guy running his shop. Friendly, professional, and caring. Saw him helping out a family travelling from Gallup to Santa Fe. He threw some new 10 ply tires on my old wheels for $80. Gave him a $20 tip. Support local small businesses like this guy. He is legit. He was working late on Sunday. Asked him if he took Monday and Tuesday off. He said, "No, when you love your job, your really not working." He's got a new loyal customer!

Outstanding service at Pacific Tire Shop!! Discovered I had a nail in my tire on a Sunday afternoon around 4. This was the only place open. Ernesto answered my call and stayed open until I got there around 4:05. He was more than willing to help and stay open so that he could patch up my tire. $12 later and I left a very happy customer. NOTE: this place is cash only, but well worth it. There is a CU Anytime ATM right next door. Also, on Apple Maps it says the address is on Broadway but it is actually on 4th and Menaul.

We woke up to a flat tire on a Sunday morning on day 2 of a road trip. With a quick search, I found this small business that was not only open on a Sunday but also highly rated. He did not disappoint!! Even though I told him he could take his time, he was so fast and so kind. I would recommend this business to anyone and would definitely use his services should I live in town. You will not regret using The Pacific Tire Shop. #karma

Ernesto was amazingly friendly and helpful today. My boyfriend and I are from out of town and one of my tires went flat. We tried to replace it with the spare, but that ended up ALSO being flat. I am young and inexperienced, and was totally panicked about what to do. I called Pacific Tires and Ernesto helped me with everything I needed, from walking me through finding the tire size for my car to fixing it faster than I knew someone could! Not only that, but he was incredibly friendly and great company for the brief time it took him to work his magic. If I'm ever in ABQ again and I need a tire replaced, I'm going to go to him first thing. To Ernesto - thank you SO much!

I was the first customer for this shop. Gentleman who was there, can't remember his name said he just moved to this location. Gentleman was super nice!! I was traveling back to Oakland California from muskogee oklahoma when I stopped to grab a bite at what whataburger, I noticed that my tire was bad when I looked around and saw another tire(Menaul tire) place across the street after going there and getting attitude from the employees at that place, I went to pacific tire and was so glad that I didn't put up with those employees at that place(menaul tire). I'm so glad to have went across the street cause the gentleman at pacific was super inviting and great conversation he gave me options and was knowledgeable in everything he did. I greatly appreciate him for being so nice!!! Thank you!

Straight garbage!! Rude customer service . If I could rate less than 1 star I absolutely would. Would not recommend this🗑️🗑️🗑️business. Apparently that’s why it’s on 4th street.. only 🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️businesses operate on that side of town.

Went there asking for a service, he admitted it wasn’t what the car needed. He explained why and what we should do instead and said that if he did what we asked it would be him taking our money and possibly making things worse. We so appreciate the honesty and hope more people will head his way!!
