This was my first time calling the shop and I spoke with a gentleman named John he was very kind and very sweet and he told me about the repair of my car and I was very satisfied with the answers he gave me. So hopefully soon I will be taking my car there and see if they can repair it for me and if they do a good job they most definitely will get five stars 🤩

Took car in for estimate of specific maintenance items but received wrong inaccurate results and didn’t address what we told them to do. Also agreed on cost but when I received the bill it had extra charges that were not used for my vehicle. Then when you try to talk to them about the charges they talk over you and won’t listen. Beware or get taken

This place is amazing!!! I brought my truck to them because of the quote christian brothers gave me. They are honest, and communicative. They don't just jump the gun. Logan the owner is kind and very professional. John is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place for any vehicle!!!

Dealing with a breakdown is never fun, but Logan and Kaylie always go above and beyond for their customers. We have been using The Right Shop for all of our vehicles that aren't under dealer warranty since 2015. They are always fast, friendly, and have the best price in town. My son dropped off his 09 Corolla Monday around noon and had it back the next day. His alternator bearings were bad and they had to replace the serpentine belt. It's almost to the point that I'd prefer to just say screw the dealership warranty on my truck and take it here to get repaired but it's hard to pass up on free repairs. Last time I took my truck to the dealership, it was there for 3 weeks!!! I was really tempted to pick it up and take it over here because I knew they'd fix the problem and have my truck back in no time!! I highly recommend this shop and we will be life long customers!
