Sent a car down there to get four tires. Was there from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.!!! They said their tire machine was down due to a bad airline . The kid who was down there was rude and was swearing at everybody in the facility while struggling to put these rims on. Got one of the tires stuck on the machine and tore it and left it half on and off the rim. There was another one that had a gash on the inner wall and broken belts as well. Knocked half the wheel studs loose and said he could do nothing about it. The owner said we should leave it there even though there were no more tires available to put on it. And now two weeks later we were trying to be kind about it. There is still not two tires to swap them out for! So there would have been no point in leaving the vehicle there. Clearly they do not care how they run their business. I went down there myself at 2:30 in the morning with just a wrench and put them all on and reseated everything myself in their driveway. I live over a half an hour away and they want me to come down and get one tire and then come back again and I told them I just give up and forget it and as they also refuse to give me a refund.

Horrible customer service. Horrible communication. Not only did I have to walk through people shooting up and discarded needles to get to their tire storage shed, but I also had to carry my own tires back to them, and wait 2 hours thinking they were working on my car only to find out after I asked them what was taking so long, that there was only one person to work on my car and the four other cars that were waiting. I was told that the lug nuts were too difficult for them to get off and it's going to take a while and be $100 per hour for them to do the work. I ended up taking my car to the tire shop on West Main street who had my tires changed in 30 minutes. This Rub Doc place is a joke. There's not even a safe place to park your car. I wouldn't waste my time going there. Go to Tire Trax or Cars Need Tires at 570 W Main.

Great place to go get a tire, and any work you need done. Friendly service, family owned shop. Highly recommend for used tires and they also have a show room of sweet rims. 5 stars.

Do not go there!!!! They stole parts off my car & charged me for several services I didn’t need! They are all junkies and weirdos ! No woman should go here alone no one should go here period. They get high have u waiting for hours so they can steal parts n sell them to other customers!

Great Service. They had 4 Matching tires, all were in great shape. 4 Hankook low profile tires. I called ahead to be sure they could fit me in. They were busy and they asked me to come in 1 hour later. It was perfect timing. I was in and out in less than 1 hour with all 4 tires. No Complaints great service and tires drive like new. Highly recommend The Rob Doc... Update! I wanted snow tires. The Rub Doc got me right in. Low cost winter tires in great shape. Just in time for the storm! The car rides MINT!! Thanks Dr Rub!!

Impossible place to park your vehicle safely. Glass all over the side street off Dewey and ALWAYS very strange people hanging around there. Go to Tire Trax much more reliable and the service is great

Normally this place is great . today I went in was literally the only customer there, started being taken care of by the owner then a another customer walked up the owner proceeded to walk away from working on my car and go to continue on with other customers. I waited for almost 30 minutes before I got in my car and left. Very unprofessional.

One of the best places to take your car to. Mike is extremely knowledgeable, he’s honest, and is one of the best in Rochester. I found him on Facebook marketplace because i needed tires, and ended up never going anywhere else.

Not honest or professional at all they try to over charge you just to get a quick couple bucks from you I was told one price over the phone then when I traveled 12 miles to the location they tried charging me way more then what they said… thats very sad to be trying to take advantage of people your suppose to help them not get over them you will never have a outstanding successful business doing this your making a bad reputation for your business once the word starts going out there there ain’t no coming back

Scam artists. Do not go here... Tried to charge me $600 for things that were not wrong. I got a second opinion and set up with correct care. I knew they were lying when they told me I needed an oil change and air filter on top of everything else, when I changed those MYSELF the PREVIOUS WEEK. Just because I am a woman does not mean I don't know what I am talking about. They are not honest people.
