I went to another place and they said I needed to replace my entire break system on the front axel of my car. They wanted a good amount of money to do this as well. I got a second opinion from Rick and he said I only needed to replace about half of the things. He did this within two days and it was half of the price. I will be going back to Rick for anything in the future because he is someone I can trust with what needs to be done and at a fair price!

I looked for a shop for my daughter who is attending UC and I am in Louisville and found the Shop. I could not be more pleased with the service and my daughter was impressed by the friendliness of the owner/staff. Finding a trust worthy and solid mechanic is one of the most important things in moving to a new area. Having a go to place for my kids cars away from home is a god send. Thanks for easing my mind and doing great work.

Yesterday 4/29 I called The Shop and spoke to Rick I explained to him that my son was a freshman at UC and the battery died on his car, I let him know he had a reconditioned one but didn't know how to put it in and I asked if they could do it for him. Rick said yes and was so NICE! We are from Cleveland so I am not familiar with any auto places in Cinnci . My son was able to get his car towed there today and they put the battery in for him and he too said how nice the guy was :) Thank you ! I will definietly have my son take his car there if anything should happen while he is down there over the next 3 years!!. Karyn from Cleveland :)

Needed a brake repair on short notice, and Rick (the owner) was able to get my vehicle in the same day. By the time I had work the next day, my car was ready to go, with no attempted up charges or anything else of the sort; my brake was fixed and that's all I needed. I'm glad I decided to call The Shop, and I'd recommend them for anyone else in the UC area looking for auto repair.

Great service! Extremely happy with the repairs. Now that I've found a competent foreign car mechanic, just might get me an old Range Rover!
