THE SHOP is amazing!! The Real Deal. I don't trust just anybody and this was a great experience. I had suspension work done. I spoke to Ray, and he quoted me. 3 times I repeated back the amount he quoted because I was impressed, it was super fair. What would have taken me 8 hours or more, The Shop did it in less than 4 hours. Thanks to Ray and the guys at The Shop! You got 1 more new customer.

Horrible place, dishonest, and it looks like I paid for rotors and they only put the pads on, so I still have brake studdering. If I had the tools I’d rather spend the time to do it myself at least that way I wouldn’t be getting ripped off

Horrible service, paid for an oil change, they didn’t even change my oil the cars sensor sense where the oil integrity is at. I ended up getting an oil change somewhere else and the sensors said it’s at 100%

I brought my car in this morning, with a clunking feeling under my car. I’ve had this clunk for over a year so I’ve been very hesitant driving my car since no auto shop has been able to tell me what the problem was, I’ve taken my car in to different shops over the last 2 years for this issue and have been told there isn’t anything wrong just normal wear and tear. I’ve been driving my car for 8 years. It wasn’t normal. Finally today the shop was able to find and fix that issue and the clunk feeling is gone. Ray is great and they are extremely affordable. Thank you guys!!

Not only did they fix what they discovered to be a horrible hack job of a stolen catalytic converter. Ray took care of my Honda for great price.

They ripped me off and cheated me! Paid for a oil gasket replacement $600 and they didn’t even put the gasket in it looks like… it looks like they just put a bunch of orange gunk completely around the sides of it to try and seal it and my car is still leaking!!

These guys are the best! I have a couple different vehicles and they have been spot on. They get the work done and answer all your questions without making you feel like an idiot. Their rates are quite reasonable and I am never surprised. Ray, the owner, is fabulous as well as Rudy, Marty...all the guys! They go beyond the call of duty. If it is something out of their expertise, they refer you to someone great!

Update: They also installed the device incorrectly. Whether intentional or not truly a horrid experience. Dishonest, attempted to charge to fix alternator when breatholizer killed our battery. $450 to fix a perfect part. Another mechanic at his shop confirmed there was no issue with the part, they just drain the battery. Don't go here from intoxaloc either, I have plastic panels falling from their installation.
