My vehicle is 10 years old I do everything to maintain it. I had them replace a thermostat, less than a year later the warming light comes back on.I call the part store to see if there is a warranty, only to be told the part was returned. Also had them replace struts a year later I hear a lot of rumbling over bumps low and behold I need new struts. Thankfully I was able to take part in the City's project taillight program and Lindesy Honda has inspected and is doing the repairs. I do not recommend this shop.

My daughter ran over a nail and got a flat tire on a Sunday while at OSU. I called around to find someone who could plug her tire and could not find anywhere available until I called this place. I was told to have her bring it in and in no time at all they plugged the tire, took the spare off, put the tire back on and she was on her way. Thank you!

Had an emergency. Lost ability to use my brakes at all while driving on freeway. Pulled in here just needing someone to take a look to see where leak of brake fluid was coming from and would pay of course. The person their said only one working that day on a Saturday early afternoon so couldn't help me at all?! I stopped because of all the signage out front of ALL they do like they were a big time shop but only got a man that seemed to need to retire already.

I Went to Mr. Tire in Dublin and they quoted $1350 to replace the entire manifold and said it was too rusted to wield. These guys wielded it just fine and it cost $350. Works great

Those guys were so nice to me, and helped me find out what was going on with my Cars Air Conditioner. BUT!! when I got home and told a friend whom is a Mechanic what these guys told me the price would be he was very upset 875.00,. To replace a Compressor which cost 100.00. and usually takes about 1hr I was very sad after hearing this. The younger man I'm sure didn't like the price the older man gave me.

I have been going here for year. They have reasonable pricing and are honest. The son, Billy, knows costumers by name and history of their car, which shows they care and pay attention. I would recommend you give them a try if I’m the need of car servicing!

Almost died bc Capital Kia failed to ensure that all the lug nuts were secured while doing a routine check up and tire rotations. Just dropped by because the back tire was extremely loose and had to stop 5 times within one mile to keep tightening it while trying to make it to this place. Once I made it, they were extremely quick, helpful and tightened all the nuts, which shocked me as to how bad of a job Kia did. Extremely generous, no-nonsense, and efficient! Will be going back for future services.
