Horrible , tore up my lug nuts then acted like it was my fault , the only fault i had was coming here. When i finally got to an actual mechanic i had one lug nut left in.

Trash place got a tire and it got a valve stem base leak 2 days after warranty expire. This place is terrible and they take forevor they dont know what they are doing

Had run over a bungee cord and it's s hook, called them at 3 in the morning and they patched my tire like it never happened! Highly recommend

I had a popped tire late on a saturday night, no one else was open but The Tire Station. They got me a new tire quick and affordable and got me home that night. Ill be returning for new tires whenever i need them.

I would have gave zero stars if I could they scratched my rim all to hell! I needed a valve stem replacement and they wanted 35 dollars to replace it and then messed my rim up!!!

Sidewall blew south of Louisville around 6:30pm, and too much road ahead of us to make it all the way home on the spare. Got towed here by 7:30pm, paid $65 (cash only) for a tire, made it home that night. Service was fast and friendly. Tire still going strong several weeks later - I waited a few weeks to leave this review since others mention tires being okay for only a few days. This isn’t a glossy commercial shop. If you want a cup of coffee and a waiting room with AC and a TV you’ll have to go elsewhere. If you need a tire outside of normal business hours, quickly, for a decent price, this is the place for you. Very grateful this 24/7 shop exists.

If I could give this shop 0 stars I would. We got a flat on the way to Michigan and fortunately a tire shop was open 24/7 UNFORTUNATELY it was this shop. I called to make sure they were open & the guy seemed fine on the phone. We show up & walk to the office and it’s locked. The open sign is flashing and the garage doors are up. We walk in the shop and say hello and no one says anything until my boyfriend walks in the shop and the guy is in his car. & he doesn’t open the door til we are right up on him. WEIRD. I work at a body shop and the vibes were just crooked already. Obviously this shop isn’t looking the best but hey we will give it a try. $65 for a used tire. Ok well we need one.HE DID NOT BALANCE IT AND KEPT THE SAME WEIGHT ON THE TIRE. The car was vibrating the whole time we were driving.. good thing it was only 15 minutes til the tire was flat. It had a hole in the sidewall. 5 trips to the air pump & a can of fix a flat later and we hadn’t made it 20 miles in 2 hours Fix a flat wouldn’t even help. Rode with a spare all the way to Michigan and back home. SHOULDVE JUST DONE THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY Receipt says no refunds only exchanges but Should’ve known when we pulled in not to do business but hey give someone the benefit of the doubt but they prove you right. We had to change our own tire. Also he was waiting on us to leave and tried to take the jack out from under the car while jacked up. bc his drug dealer was there with a backpack and was staring at us the whole time til we left.

BOOM !!! this place absolutely killed it !! Went there around 8pm on a cold rainy night. Got a screw in my tire and knew it would pop soon. These guys were both Super Nice, Polite and got my tire plugged in about 3 minutes. Holy Ship!! I hope your experience is just like mine, AMAZING !!!

I went there today because I had a tire a little low on air. And I have a baby, so I figured I would stop there and get a little bit of air for my tire I got the tires from there I figured they would accommodate me for a little bit of air. Not only were the tires not even worth the money . I had to bring one back the very next day because it had a hole in it. They can’t even give me air for one tire after I bought tires from them . If that isn’t the worst customer service, I don’t know what is. Do not go here. It’s not worth the time. There are better places on Poplar and Preston Highway . Close by. Old machines . Older than the building . Not to mention, nobody speaks English . So that doesn’t help at all

Like several others I had a flat on my way home to Tennessee. They had my size and pulled me in and out in about 20 minutes. Very kind and helpful and turned a stressful situation around. I highly recommend them

For the people complaining about warranty there's only a 3 day warranty in which not one other shop in Louisville gives. Its a USED TIRE. If you want brand new then ask for that. You get what you pay for. And the others who complain about us being busy and not working on their car is called a line. We are a first come first serve basis. Just because you pull up wanting air doesn't mean I have to stop working on a customers car just to satify you. Last but not least yes we ARE 24 hours every day except for Monday. And if the worker has an emergency we will close there are not discounts for us not being open. Also the warranty is plastered inside the office.

Late Saturday night, my car spontaneously had a flat. I’m so fortunate for the convenience of The Tire Station being open 24/7 & the service I received here! This place was a life saver. Found myself with a flat while traveling. Was able to get my spare on, and got to this shop around 10 p.m. Rahim had us in and out in 15 minutes, patched my tire, and switch my spare for me. $20!!!! So worth it! Only 24 hour tire shop in the Louisville/Southern Indiana area! Highly recommend!

This place was fantastic. Don't let the outside intimidate you. Owner was friendly and super fast!! We were back on the road in under ten minutes.
