Just wanted to take a minute & take the time to write a review. As a business owner myself I know how much it means. I took my 2007 Audi S4 in for a wellness check & Thomas Tuning did a great job. They pointed out things to be aware of but didn’t say everything had to be done right away. My car means a lot to me & I can tell they are passionate about what they do & very knowledgeable. The necessary work was done & they did a good job. It was my first time there & definitely will be returning. Also will be brining all of my other vehicles to them in the future & recommending them to friends & family! Highly recommend & such a clean shop! Thanks guys!

The team at Thomas Tuning and Service are great and generous people who treat customers well. I’m a veteran who had contacted them about getting a tune up for my VW. They told me they’d like to do it for me for free, as a thank you on Veterans Day. It was such an unexpected and generous thing to do. They’ve earned a life long customer, and I will be going back to them with any tuning or repair needs I have. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and respectful company.

Being an out of state student subjected to only one BMW dealership in the Knoxville area vs the 4 back home, it’s hard to pick or trust a commercial/random mechanic working on a foreign car while being pitted against the prices of the ONLY BMW dealership within about 90 miles. These people were great on time, information, cooperation with parts coordination, and the price was great. Only going to them with my BMW needs in the future when I’m in Knoxville

Good experience with an inspection on my 1998 BMW Z3 2.8 which uncovered some items needing immediate service (e.g., leaking radiator). Justin provided a detailed explanation of the repairs and the techs worked their magic. First timer and will most certainly return for needed work. Thanks!

Thomas Tuning has been servicing my Audi for the past year or so and has always been by far better and definitely faster than the dealership also explaining problems or concerns rather than throwing parts and hoping for the best. That said I just had a recently acquired pre-owned Volvo in for fluid flushes, suspension work, and PCV system check along with numerous other items to inspect. All work was done very fast as well as again everything explained and had my best interest at play with explanation on what should and shouldn’t be done (again rather than just throwing parts and un-needed services around). The cost was by far surprising as I was expecting triple than what I paid compared to having this done at the dealership - and again with explanation of everything. I will always trust TTS for service on all of my vehicles and would highly recommend them to anyone. 2014 Volvo XC60 T6 / 2016 Audi A3

I must give a review for Thomas Tuning and Service as they saved me last week when I was in a very difficult situation. I had just driven 9 hours from IL, close to the WI border, the previous day and my car broke down. This company was recommended to me by a local resident who uses Thomas Tuning for his own auto repairs. They were able to squeeze me in, even though they were completely booked, due to my circumstances. After some discussion, Thomas himself explained what he suspected was the problem, which ultimately completely made sense to me, and I was appreciative of his thorough explanation. It did end up being the worst case scenario, the timing chain, and they were able to get this car back to me in 1.5 days for a very fair price. Thomas and his team went above and beyond so I could get back on the road safely. They even washed my car and filled up the wiper fluid. I HIGHLY recommend this company. They’re honest, knowledgeable, efficient and trustworthy, all things that are very important for a car repair shop. Thank you again, Thomas and team!

I was able to have my 2014 3 series serviced same day from this shop. Within 15 minutes of calling, I headed over, dropped off the car, and was given a loaner. The customer service was great, and they were transparent on pricing. I was given a quote and an estimation of how long it would take them. As with many car issues, I wasn't sure what exactly was causing the problem so they checked over everything when they preformed the service. When my car was ready, they called me and said I could pick it up when they were supposed to be closed 2 hours ago on a FRIDAY. On top of that, BMW misquoted the amount of fluid needed for the job by $300, and they comped half of it to accurately represent the quote. Can't say enough good things about these guys. Will be the only place I bring my car!

Thomas Tuning and Service has been one of the best experiences that I have ever had car maintenance wise! My boyfriend had wheel locks on a car he bought and everything we tried (going to an auto repair shop as well as an actual dealership) did not work. Nobody was able to help but we were recommended to go to Thomas Tuning and Service! I am so grateful for their quick work as well as how genuine they are as a company! I cannot express enough how wonderful our experience was !! I will be recommending to all my family and friends. Also the cute puppies that greeted us was the biggest bonus and surprise :)

I’ve heard good things about Thomas Tuning so when our Macan needed an alignment I gave them a call. I was impressed from the initial phone call. Justin knew exactly what I needed, had the price ready and got me in the next day. Everything from initial contact to pickup was 5 stars!!

We have a Maserati and a BMW that we have brought here for service. High-quality work, good prices, and very trustworthy. It's a fun place to wait while your car is serviced, too. They have two ridiculously adorable dogs to pet, drinks, and food. Both the staff and fellow customers are a blast to talk to. Highly recommend!

BMW dealer refused to work on my car due to being more than 10 years old. Long story short I towed it to TTS and they were able to resync my CAS to the DME and reset the ELV counter to keep me on the road while we get a new CAS to reprogram and encode. Great work, honest people! 5 stars.

I cannot speak highly enough of Thomas Tuning and Service. They responded quickly to my service inquiry and provided a very competitive quote for the work I was looking at having done on my Q5. Having my previous German cars and current one serviced at a variety of high end performance shops, I can safely say this has been the best experience by far I have had. They are very respectful of your time, very knowledgeable of a wide variety of parts manufacturers and even better, they can even tune your car from a long list of very reputable performance tuners. So you are never stuck with just one tune, you have tons of options. Thomas Tuning and Service has just earned another customer in me, I will be returning for all my cars needs and future modifications. 5/5

Phenomenal experience!! Brought my car to them, explained my issues, and they checked out my car for FREE!! They offer a 15-minute free inspection, who does that these days??!! Right there they had me at "Hello". In all seriousness, they had to deal with some very crusty-rusty bolts in the underbody of the car, and that caused some pain, but they worked through it. Thomas, went above and beyond, and printed out an alignment diagram for the car, which is a fantastic tool for any car owner to embrace! Honestly, by realigning my car, it feels like a dream to drive again!! They are in the business to help you ,the owner, and not take advantage of you. Thank you, Thomas, Ginny, Staff for a job WELL DONE!! Their pups are they to greet you as you enter the building, which makes you feel like FAMILY instantly.

Excellent experience! I originally scheduled a brake fluid service and ended up needing a brake light bulb changed, even though it was short notice, they were able to get it done with no problem. I will definitely be going back to get some other work done and will schedule all my maintenance there going forward. I wish I could give 10 stars.

I'd like to give a shout-out to the fine folks at Thomas Tuning and Service. I helped my wife buy a 2016 Mini Countryman Cooper S ALL4 earlier this year and a couple weeks ago the airbag light came on and remained on. I feared the worst since I knew the car had been rebuilt from receiving a rear end collision. I was quite reluctant to go to a dealer for service, but really didn't know where else to take it. I saw others recommend TTS for European cars, including Minis, checked out their website, and reached out via email since it was pretty late at night. Ginny got back to me via text (which I suggested in my email) and we discussed the issues I wanted checked out, which also included troubleshooting the wiper fluid system having a bad leak) and when I could bring it in. I got there just before they opened and they took the car right in. One of the technicians took me back to the Mini in the bay to answer some questions I had about certain behaviors we were unfamiliar with regarding each key having its own user profile and he showed me how to configure the settings. I was delighted to enjoy playing with their shop dogs while I waited. They were a lot of fun! A short while later, the tech came out to advise me that he had tracked the source of the trouble code resulting in the airbag light to a sensor on the driver's side seat belt. He had cleared the code and was going to take the car for a spin to see if it came back. Fortunately it didn't come back, but they said that they noted the condition in my customer record and if it returned, they would dig deeper. Next to investigate the windshield wiper fluid leak... They determined that the wiper fluid water pump's plastic housing had cracked on the inlet & outlet causing the leak and asked if I would like to replace it now or not. The price and additional time were reasonable, so I authorized it. They had to order the parts (pump & gaskets), but not even 15 minutes later the parts were received and being installed. Maybe 30 minutes after that I was settling the bill, which was quite reasonable, and out the door. I noticed a gorgeous Audi R8 in the bay next to my wife's Mini and commented about how awesome it was to the shop owner, Thomas, as he was passing by. We chatted briefly about what they were doing with it and how it was going. Also, as I was leaving, another customer was pulling in with a Ferrari F12berlinetta. Knowing customers entrust such exquisite masterpieces as those to TTS is quite a strong endorsement!

Had my VW Jetta serviced and they did an excellent job. They topped off the fluids and rotated my tires for me as well. Not many shops still take great pride in their work, TTS goes above and beyond to provide great service and a great experience all around. Service, staff, and environment are all 10/10!

If I could rate a perfect 10 I really would. I have never dealt with any mechanical shop that was beyond timely and efficiency. I’m having somewhat of a midlife crisis so I wanted to get a little more excitement out of my 2016 GTI! I called and got some fantastic advice from Justin, which turned into an incredible experience yesterday with Thomas and his team. Not only did they convert my GTI into an absolute rocket, but I had a blast looking at all day incredible vehicles at the facility and talking to their team. These are incredible down to earth people that love cars, love people, and just make our community so special. I LOVE my GTI more than ever! It is like owning a race car now (while still getting 37.5mpg on the highway!) If you want to unlock your vehicle‘s full potential, and find some absolute thrill while driving, you need to call them! Oh, and I even got to play fetch, while I waited!

Was traveling through Tail of the Dragon and needed maintenance badly. I'm towing a camper cross country and they totally understood I'd like the alignment done weighted in the rear. They also zoomed to VW to get some I believe alignment shims that had disintegrated. Best of the best service at an affordable price.
