Russ is first class. He takes care of our entire fleet and personal vehicles. He is extremely efficient and communicates very well. I can’t recommend Thorson Automotive enough.

Russ Thorson does efficient, prompt, and solid work; an old-school and honest businessman. After being recommended to him from Fisher Tires, he took an appointment two days later and finished a complete strut replacement and A/C repair in a day. As someone who uses the vehicle for work daily, I was impressed by the speed and quality of the work so I could get back on the road.

ThoRson Automotive is an excellent auto repair shop! Russ diagnosed and repaired my vehicle quickly. He kept me informed on the quote, updated me on the repair, and charged a very fair price for all parts and labor. Best experience I have ever had with a car repair.

A great clean honest auto shop that is hard to find in today's world. Very competitive pricing and satisfactory results! Highly recommend. Got my radiator replaced in 01 dodge ram 1500 as well as ac purge and recharge plus he fixed a simple 4x4 vacuum line problem for me.

Thorson Automotive was recommended to me by another automotive business. I needed a new water pump and timing chain cover gasket replaced on my 2001 Ford Ranger. Russ , the owner , gave me an estimate of the repairs. Dropped it off on a Sunday night and he had it ready to go Monday p.m. ! He was very reasonable and fair on the cost. I highly recommend him. I'll definitely be a returning customer !

A/C blower quit working on a long road trip. Just happen to stop here to have him look at it. He had me up and running again in about an hour for a fair price. Driving an old van I get to talk lots of mechanics and this was a top five experience.

I finally found a small local auto shop I can trust! The place is real clean, they do good work, and the AC works great in the office! Upon further review, I'm now missing a lug nut. When I finally got ahold of the technician, all he could say is "wow, a lugnut shouldn't fall off like that". Well, if it's tightened correctly, it would not happen. My wife's car is still sitting as we wait for a new locking lug nut to arrive.
